Want to trade 350 USD Skrill balance to top crypto currencies

  Hello community.

 A friend of mine has 350$ Skrill balance. He wants to exchange it with any top Crypto Currency such as BTC/ETH/XLM/XRP/LTC/DASH..
Ratio will be 1:1 or a small amount of fee will be paid if it's neccesary. In our country (Turkey) we can't send Skrill balance between our accounts.

So that's why he wants to exchange it this way.

Escrow is fine.
