And we're on the cryptocurrency market, the impact might be relatively positive if its started to launch. But the thing here is the gov't is the one that's stopping it to be launched. We have to wait until January 2020 for its launching.

No, this altcoin has nothing to make it worth more than the others, and if anything, it has a lot of things wrong. A pretty company behind it doesn't make a good coin, and Libra certainly isn't.

It will not affect the market at all, if Libra is allowed to operate by the American government, which seems unlikely.

what facebook is trying to achieve with libra has already been done on a massive scale in places like China and India with digital payments.

It has very little to do with the philosophy of crypto currencies, and everything to do with controlling the population by tracking their consumer behavior by all means possible, so in the crypto space Libra should be a total flop...

But it's no sense to talk about its rank whether it will be the second most popular because it will remain as a stable coin.

Though it can be widely used but I'm seeing it that it will be just like tether. It's a crypto but it mostly like a display coin on crypto tickers.
