Probably after bitcoin tests new ATH we will see money going into altcoins also. A few strong competitors for BTC, ETH from my point of view, might get crazy and test ATH before BTC. But thats just reaching.
If you find a project that lost 95%+ of its ATH and is still alive and dev/community is strong, those will be the next gems in the next 12-18 months. Buy the dips and be patient. Once this train starts, you will be handsomely rewarded.
