That's the right thing to do, unless OP has an unlimited money to continue gambling even without seeing a progress.

When we think of a ways to make money, it's necessary to work hard for it but there should be some limitation, just like my experience in gambling, I use to be very optimistic to win big time because I was inspired by the videos I saw online that there are people who are making a living in gambling but I realize this isn't not for everyone.

It is either they are just lucky enough to win on a day, there are some instances that there is some other day that we are also lucky but in some other ways. There is no challenge if we think that only luck can give us a win, with that said, I don't think spending time analyzing our method would still matter.
Actually there are games that gamblers think they can win, and that belongs to the skilled based games, the name itself tells that if you have the skills, you can win consistently, and that is the key to be successful in gambling but it's hard to find a perfect recipe since every gambler has a different way to implement its strategy.

Maybe if you can crack the codes of modern gambling especially on crypto/blockchain games you'll find the secret of it, I doubt if any human can do that. There might be ways and that's the bigger your risk for every bet the greater the rewards or lose you'll be getting. I believe there is though I have no idea what it is. If there is no secret, then some particular sets of people won’t be regarded as the big winners and they keep winning. That is not a secret in gambling because as far as I know, the secret is something that we can get by learning or by searching. And related to gambling, there is no secret of winning because gambling will depend on luck. You will not find any secret even if you try to search in everywhere because gambling is just for entertainment and not to make money.

Considering most games are -EV and gambling's extremely luck-based, there's really no secret at all to gambling and there's very little you can do to win more often. Being patient isn't a secret and gambling with a small amount is also not a secret anymore. These strategies has been known by the gambling community and how can you define it as a secret if everyone knows it already.

I will consider luck is the secret of gambling because no one will know about luck. The present of luck is a mystery and cannot be predicted. So the luck will be the most secret of gambling. But for most gamblers will say that there is nothing secret in gambling, and I agree with them because I think that is a myth among the gamblers.

I know one thing for sure, and that is your thought is 100% accurate, there is no such thing as a winning secret but the problem is that serious gambler will never want to believe this. Those who win are only lucky, and even those who claim to be skilled are only trying their luck.

Gambling is purely a game of luck. You are right in general, but not about operators. In fact, they are not taking everything you lose. On a gambling site with 1% house edge, 99% of the money lost by one party is won by another. Of course it is not like that every hour or every day, but the more people bet on the site, with billions bets made, the closer the situation to what I described above. If there were no winners, gambling would cease existing long time ago because no one wants to lose every time. But, on the other hand, if there was a secret for winning more than losing, gambling would cease existing either, because, especially today, with the possibility of using bots, gambling sites would be drained out in no time.
