My father recently moved up North, He has a mobile home with 4 lots, for sale Located in Royal, Arkansas, Inside Tahoe Lake Estates! I can meet in person, He has not lived in the property for 2 or 3 years. It has well water. It can also be hooked up to a water meter. But he always ran it with the well. It has electricity hookup with 4 lots and a half circle driveway. The property has grown up some (As noone has lived there in 2 years)and the mobile home should probably just be demolished. I'm selling the land W/ The mobile home on it!
Pretty much its buy all 4 lots for $10,000 you can keep the trailer! I am not sure of the law or the definiton of it but, Do to some reason you do not have to pay yearly property tax on the property!
