it depend on altcoin you choose, if you choose ethereum, litecoin, dogecoin, and altcoin with self blockchain it will require huge disc space.

Memory and Computing power not so high, you just need high bandwidth for blockchain traffic. But If you keep coin with masternode / pos coin so result will be diffrent.

Let say you want to keep and stake rdd coin or dash coin, it will require high computing power and also high memory load, it because pos or masternode coin not run as passive blockchain, they will generate new block depend on how much coin you hold

Your question is not very clear to me but i will try give you answers of what you might be referring to

If your altcoin wallet is not loading properly or stuck you need to check if your data bandwidth is still enough and make sure your internet connection is very strong too

I dont know which wallet platform you are using so if you are referring to mobile wallets just head to your inbuilt phone memory and delete files related to the mobile wallet you are using and pls NOTE this is only for mobile wallets,if you try this on windows wallets you will delete the whole blockchain data

I guess it depends on the technology of a specific altcoin. Not all altcoins have their own wallet some are just relying to ETH Technology so I believe it must be huge and can handle more transactions at a very fast way. The best example here is the MEW wallet, its good and can handle many ERC20 tokens.

Well, I do not consider ERC20 tokens as altcoins for the simple reason that they are tokens and not coins! Cheesy

But anyway, I was referring to desktop wallets.

Lite wallets aren't really consuming much space of your computer. But those wallets that downloads the whole blockchain network of that altcoin requires much space.
Did I answered your question somehow?

Not really! Cheesy

But this is partially my fault, I was not precise enough. I am talking about the regular Qt wallets.

I would like precise figures because I have spare computers and I would like to dedicate one to host wallets.
However one is way more powerful than the other.
Hence I would prefer to use the weaker one - but still equipped with an i5 CPU and 8 GB of RAM - to keep the other one for an other purpose.
But to know for which one I should go for, I need to know if the 30+ wallets that will be running on it will not weigh too much for the weaker computer.
