What strategy of trading is the best

Hello!

I'm the beginner in crypto trading.
I've read about main or base strategies - Bollinger, MACD, EMA, RSI.

1. What strategy of these four is the most widespread among crypto traders? Or may be it is better to use combination of these strategies (MACD + EMA or Bollinger + RSI and etc.)?
2. I don't clearly understand what is a signal that is used in these main strategies.

P.S.: I would like to trade a pair BTC/ETH.
