am looking for blockchian developers and designer to join our team exactly looking for 3 developers and 2 UI/UX designer

this is not a gig we want a team members not a service providers

Most importantly, are the positions paid? If yes, are you going to pay them real money or just with fake hopes and shit-coins? It takes real money to hire a real developer.

Also, free advise for you. Don't hire a full-time designer at this point. Get designs done from a freelancer.
