Hansi Flick cool hands, who often mold young players into classy star players, will really help develop the talents of Barcelona young players. Secondly, he isn't really "that" much better than Xavi at this, maybe not even better. Sure we know Flick as someone who does like to play young players but we also do not know if he will be as good as Xavi, just because Flick is good, doesn't mean he is better. So all in all, I still think that Hansi Flick is a worse choice than keeping Xavi at the team, he would have been better.
