It's not that Barcelona didn't give Xavi the players he desired, but it's that they fired him because he and Laporta had a debate about transfer policy. We cannot dispute the fact that Barcelona played very well this season but still I don't think they actually have a chance to win the Spanish La Liga next season even if their management get more good players because so long as real Madrid is their the possibility of Barcelona achieving the Spanish la Liga is very small and even on the champions League they may likely go a bit far but not as far as qualifying to quarter finals, so no matter how improve they may be, the only possible position they may likely qualify to is  the second or the third position of the league, so the only way for Barcelona to have a chance on winning the Spanish la Liga is only if real Madrid is no longer playing well and we all no that is not actually possible for now, so in terms of Barcelona wining the league that will actually take a very long time before they could achieve it.

Girona were still not mentally and consistently enough in the hunt for trophies in Laliga last season but they are developing to become a difficult team next season.

It is always difficult for a club to maintain the same success they had in the previous season because so many clubs will want to stop them, so they will not have the same success in the present season. Next season, I believe Girona will not be in the top 10 in the La Liga league table because they don't have enough squad depth to rotate. Mbappe can be very beneficial no matter he plays on the left wing or at the centre. Vinicius Junior and him both can play in the same positions. Ancelotti can try both ways to see which one is better for the team.

And when it comes to Bellingham... Maybe after this transfer we might see him returning to his old position, CM. However he would still continue to playing like AM by supporting the attacks all the time.

Maybe Ancelotti will not make changes to the scheme, only Rodrygo will be sacrificed for Mbappe. While Belllingham will continue to carry out his duties like this season. I'm sure Ancelotti has a formula that he will formulate for the squad he has now, some changes I think will happen, especially when they attack. They don't act maturely like leaders of a big name club, when someone says something that is true they don't like it and it leads to their dismissal which they have no control over. They should be able to introspect themselves more, especially those who say that this is one of the players who brought Barcelona to the peak of its glory days, so I agree with you that Xavi Hernandez is not appreciated here.

It is not about Real Madrid allowing Barcelona to win the league next season. Madrid don't have Monopoly over the league, the season before last Xavi won the league with Barcelona, so if they are going to put their priorities right they can compete for the league, all they have to do is keep winning their matches and let things play out for them. Many of them are willing to play not just because of money but for the fact that Barcelona is their childhood dream club and if the opportunity comes they are willing to play there. The club just have to show them that the are ambitious and they still have big dreams. Though I'm not too happy that the club decided to let Xavi go, but if their objective and that of Xavi is no longer the same I think it's best they let him go. Ancelotti can try both ways to see which one is better for the team.

Hopefully Mbappe can adapt very quickly so he can play to the best of his ability. Because Real Madrid will definitely set high targets, one of which is defending the Champions League title.

The hypes and much anticipation surrounding the name Mbappe has made it a must for him to be at his best in the club. Much is expected from him and he should give the best from his first season in the club. I don’t see Mbappe as a player that will not be able to adapt to the club just after joining the club, I feel he can play in every situation and joining and playing for Mbappe will be an easy one for him and give quick result from the first season with them.
