Well, that was not expected at all. LaLiga title fight is gonna be on fire.

Valencia took a super, what im saying, a mega win against Real Madrid. Valencia really need that points in his fight for relegation and for sure they are gonna count in the last run.

It looks like Hugo Duro has given us the main sensation of the day - Valencia's win over Real Madrid. By the way, for Duro it is already the 7th goal of the season, and for Valencia it is the most important 3 points, which distances it from the relegation zone by 7 points. Leganes, which is in 18th place, has 27 points.
I don't know what the odds were for Valencia to win, I think around 7 or 8, but to beat Real Madrid at home is a solid achievement. Vinicius again failed to score against Mamardashvili and apparently now the regular penalty taker will be Bellingham or Mbappe and apparently the competition to be in the lineup will be even more intense. It may be easier for Real management to sell Vinicius now, while he is very expensive to Saudi clubs, because competition from Mbappe, Rodrigo, Bellingham and Endrik will be more and more difficult to win.

This can be tricked and can be strengthened because Real Madrid lost at the Santiago Bernabeu.
We can say this defeat has closed the chances of Real Madrid to surpass Barcelona. But this is uncertain because the team that Barcelona will face is Real Betis. Real Betis is a team that is on fire and cannot be considered easy for Barcelona to find three points.

Real Madrid if the penalty can be executed successfully by Vinicius, maybe the situation will be different where there is a most likely they can win.

Madrid played better than Valencia but they find it difficult to score another goal. Nobody saw this coming.

A match in which Madrid tried everything and achieved close to nothing, one failed penalty kick, one own goal that was not there, VAR, and finally a goal they kind of deserve after a sterile domination but we're still talking about Valencia, not even some middle-tier team.

They can now forget about Laliga  unless Barcelona  drops point as well for them  to get back into the game, atleast they will get to focus more on UCL and Copa del Rey, even with this I still don't  think they can handle Barcelona  for the next Elclassico  for Copa del Rey.

So, this is how Real Madrid will end up giving Barcelona the trophy on a platter, never thought Valencia could disgrace them at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. I know this is the kind of opportunity that Barcelona have been looking for as they won't hesitate to win Real Betis later this night and go 6 points above Real Madrid. Vinicius Jr penalty miss caused this winning if not it could have been a draw game and even though he still manages to score for Real Madrid but it's just like given someone medicine when they are dead already. Madrid didn't play with energy as they used to play, don't know if it was fatigue from the Copa Del Rey semifinal match they played against Real Sociedad on Tuesday, but their performance today was overpowered by the Valencia team. Anyways, Barcelona can now breathe because the 3 points gap is not enough and it gives Barcelona tension some times but if they go 6 points after winning Real Betis tonight, it will give them much more confidence at the top of the table since they are left with few games before the season end.

Real Madrid wasn’t in the game as expected. Vini Jnr missed a pantry that was gifted to them and with it, their chance to get ahead early in the game. He came back to give them the equalizer but, that wasn’t enough for a saving grace. H. Duro served them what they’ve been known to serve in the plus minutes, there wasn’t any coming back from that. A chance for Barcelona to increase their point gaps.

Hugo Duro closed out the match which made Madrid look even worse as not only did they drop points in this match but they also seem to be finding it increasingly difficult to try and compete now that Barcelona's chances of pulling away are wide open at the moment.

This is clearly not a good thing for Madrid because after all for now 3 points should be the thing they should get but in this match it clearly makes their situation even more difficult to try to compete with Barcelona in the race for the trophy in La Liga at this time because after all the chance of 6 points difference is now very possible.
Barcelona will be very comfortable if they secure 3 points in their 30th week and it could be that with the current conditions then not only Atletico gave up in the race for the trophy but also Madrid who had to give the trophy this season to Barcelona.

I would blame today's shocking defeat on Vinicius Jr because he failed to convert a penalty in first halve. Carlo Ancelotti should pick a good penalty taker and not Vinicius Jr who's a speedster and a key frontline for the club. One could possibly see the facts about the Brazilian as he's unable to have proper finishes but he can deliver his club. Valencia spurned Real Madrid at Santiago Bernabéu and we know how that is playing for the club. Real Madrid defeat will ginger Barcelona to win game inother to stay off clear gap against their rivalry.

Just wow... After 17 years, Valencia got a win at Santiago Bernabeu. Not only that. This is also their first away win of the season. Can you believe it? They did it against Real Madrid.  

I just don't know what to say about Real Madrid. This is like the last game they can lose on the road to the championship. Now I think they have just gifted Barcelona the La Liga trophy. Unless Barcelona lose points against Betis today, congrats to them already.

Although I don't want to admit this, it is undeniable that in this match Madrid really played badly because not only in terms of performance but also in terms of scheme I really don't understand the way of thinking taken by Ancelotti in this match.

I know that in the end rotation is important but Anceclotti's actions in this match I would consider a mistake and this is one of the reasons I don't like Ancelotti's coaching style where he bets too much on performance when they really need to win.

It was a bad choice to use a young goalkeeper and bring back Tchouameni as a central defender when there is still Raul Asencio who can partner Rudiger. Bringing in the likes of Endrick and Alaba was also a poor decision for me as they were in need of goals but Ancelotti continued to push for a 4-4-2 style from the start.
This is clearly bad and I'm quite frustrated with what Madrid did this week. Hopefully there is hope even though it is difficult but now Barcelona must also lose if Madrid still wants a chance to be in the championship race in La Liga.

Real madrid has finally bottled the league for me. As it stands it will take a miracle for Barcelona to bottle same numbers of points with the numbers of matches remaining before tge season ends.

I blame Ancelotti somehow for all the whole injury crisis that has lead to the defense this weak. I know they could have won aside all that but I expected him to sign some players around the January transfer window but unfortunately he didn't and after that more players got injured and they bottled the league from being top of the table to now hoping Barcelona lose more points. This game was just does kind of game where football happens from the fact that even Vinicius Junior missed a penalty, although still got a goal but they were still wasteful and unfortunate.

No-one expected Madrid to lose... The odds on Valencia to win were 9.6... Of course Madrid had a chance to win, but luck was on Valencia's side... But I think that this result may not be a coincidence... Madrid do have a match against Arsenal soon... Maybe they saved their strength to play well in the UCL... By the way Arsenal also drew with Everton yesterday when everyone expected Arsenal to win...

Real Madrid will fall behind Barcelona a lot because of their loss today. Today's loss is a very sad thing for them, because normally Real Madrid is a strong team, but after that they lost to a weak team like Valencia, which is a shame. They could not get rid of Barcelona for 3 points before, now if Barcelona can win their match tomorrow then Real Madrid will fall behind a lot. However, according to the probability, Barcelona will have a lot of chances to win the match, because Real Betis is a much weaker team compared to Barcelona. However, this loss of Real Madrid will put them behind.

Both sides have always put up a good fight in their past fixtures and I expect this one to be no different than the last ones so I am expecting a very tough and competitive game in the final. Barcelona seem to be better in form than Madrid but I don’t think Madrid will play any lesser in terms of performance and quality. I am expecting the game to be a blockbuster game.

Of course Madrid will easily get a win over Valencia has a bad performance. But honestly I doubt Barcelona faces Real Betis who has defeated Madrid. And Betis was also previously able to hold a draw when playing against Barcelona in the first meeting. So I choose BTTS as the best choice.

Real Madrid situation is getting worse with games advancement. Many points missed randomly, many attempts failed like that while Valencia had less but they were ready to score.
Barcelona can now increase the gap up to nine points and Atletico Madrid could reduce it to three. In fact their opponents aren't that hard. Real Betis might be a good opponent in some matches as they could be easy to pass. I doubt Barcelona and Atletico Madrid will lose their games. Atletico Madrid could win with a goal difference and Barcelona by two.
