This can be very bad for Real Madrid if they end this season at their place on the table and they lose even the second place the table because they had bad results in La Liga and they put full energy into other tournaments like the champions league, considering the remaining game for both teams I don't think if Atletico Madrid makes any mistake and let Real Madrid take their place back in the league.

At this stage I think Madrid don't care if they finish second or third. It is clear that they are losing the league, although mathematically not yet, as the gap with Barcelona is 14 points and there are 5 games left (a maximum of 15 points), although as you say it seems that lately they have put more effort into the Champions League.

Atletico Madrid have done a pretty good job about reaching the 2nd spot in the standings. They can maintain this spot until the end of the season as well if they keep up their focus at this level. However their job on the last three weeks can be more difficult. Because their fixtures are like this consecutively:

-Elche Win

- Espanyol (A) Win
- Real Sociedad (H) Lost
- Villarreal (A) Draw

That's my prediction for atletico madrid. Espanyol gonna be the easiest opponents from the rest of matches that will be faced by atletico madrid. Celta Vigo does have an interesting record when playing home matches and it seems true what you said this match would be difficult to predict. Looking at the odds, I'm also quite hesitant to bet on which team, but I think just to be on the safe side I'll make a normal bet using the handicap (0.5) with odds @ 1.63 for Valencia's advantage because it's too risky to bet using normal 1x2 odds. Even so I still believe that betting on valencia win is not so bad and if the score ends in a draw then I will still make money.
