I'm not surprised about this. Ancelotti knows Kroos and Modric are no longer as strong as in the previous seasons. They mustn't play full time, they only played when it is the right time to play. Agree. Real Madrid already have 2 strong wingers, Vini and Rodrygo seems in their best shapes. If they sign a strong sriker, Real Madrid will be a perfect team. Sadly, they just wait for Mbappe, and Mbappe plans to leave PSG in the next year. So, Real Madrid keeps the number 9 for him and never try to sign another striker anymore.

Don't you think it's too early to judge this? It's the first game of the season, do you expect a team like Madrid to lose to Bilbao on the game week 1?
The scoreline and performance is not a surprise to me. I can't remember a time when Madrid lost their first game. Last season they started like this too. The league season is very long and a lot of things can happen in that time.

I have always like Tchouameni, but I don't understand why he doesn't get enough playing minutes under Ancelotti. He's a technical midfielder and that is what Madrid needs right now.
The truth is when pressure begins to build, it is those Veterans in Modric and Kroos that will start matches for Madrid.

Athletic Bilbao is a good team and can make surprises when they face top teams whenever wherever! This time Real Madrid managed to win vs them psychologically when they scored 2 goals in the first half of the game. It is nice to see Bellingham scoring since his first match.
Real Sociedad in the other hand weren't able to control their game vs Girona although they scored an early game and were leading for +65 minutes of the game..

I don't understand what you are saying. You don't mean Sevilla in your mention but Atletico Bilbao. Real Madrid first game in the league this season was against Atletico Bilbao instead of Sevilla.
It looks like there is really no other choice for Ancelotti if he doesn't put in their second goalkeeper because Thibaut Courtois will be out for a long time due to the injury he has experienced. I think there were rumors going around about a replacement for Courtois earlier this season with Bounou believed to be a target for ancelotti in this transfer window.

But seeing Lunin performance in this match gave a pretty positive impression because he was able to keep the net so he didn't concede a goal in this match. I think if Lunin does well in the next few games I think there is a good chance he will be an option for Ancelotti before Courtois recovers from the injury he has.

It was a very touching to watch him leave the pitch in tears, a not heard any official news ew disclosing the seriousness of the injury but his stud got cut on the pitch which is not a good news, his departure would give chance for Antonio Rudiger, who replaced him to be featured in their next matches until he returns also he might not be happy with the injury sustained by a fellow teammate but this sounds like a good news to Rudiger and it's a chance for him to impress the coach and get a spot in the starting 11 probably even after Eder's return from training.
 Anyways asides that Real Madrid had a good performance, a good way to start a new season playing away with Jude Bellingham scoring on his debut while Rodrygo also scored as well to seal the victory with a 0 - 2 away win, Militão would undergo a medical test to know the state of the injury, hopefully it's won't lead to something that would keep him out for a while.

Real madrid's defensive line has been successfully pressing the attacking line of bilbao. The athletico bilbao was only able making 1 shot on target against madrid. I do like when real madrid was performing so stable like that.
I meant the attacking line of its opponent must be pressed to make sure they have no chance in creating goal attempts. A good game from real madrid and bellingham was just scoring his first goal in la liga.
I hope he will able to repeat the same time over and over in the upcoming match on la liga. Girona ends with draw as the final result. Sociedad was not able performing so well in beating girona's defenders.

Bellingham performed well. Bellingham's presence was conspicuous throughout the match. He did a great performance. More importantly, Rodrygo has been able to score goals. If Vini and Rodrygo can play well in Madrid's attack, Benzema's absence will not be felt too much. Ancelotti has made many changes to his match strategy.
