It would be a good thing for Barcelona if they were paired with an average club that would weigh less on their strategy, but Xavi Hernandez shouldn't underestimate any club at the moment, and winning his second league game should be his priority at the moment.  

Even at the Camp Nou Stadium Cadiz are not the opponents Barcelona will want to underestimate. They are known for frustrating Barcelona to the game ending nil-nil and even if Barcelona gets to win the game it will be a game they don't easily win. With all the creative players and midfielder's Cadiz can be very tough at the backline as defending is something they do. Five six defending players just in a game to frustrate a club. If they focus and create the right chances they will score and open Cadiz defense which I know will be very hard to break. I expect Barcelona possessing the game and Cadiz defending. The score won't be anything more that three goals range.

Barcelona certainly did not have the best start in La Liga this season. And now this is going to be away match for Barcelona. Barcelona still obviously should be very confident about winning this match. After all, they are a better team compared to Cadiz. Remember, Barcelona is the defending champion of La Liga right now. Losing points in these types of matters can be very unforgiving for them. Barcelona better start winning. Otherwise, it is going to be hard for them to redeem themselves later in the season.

Of course, it was the start of the season, and that’s why Barcelona probably do not perform as well as they should. I think they just need a little time to get settled. As the La Liga champion, they do not have the luxury in my opinion.

Xavi doesn't underestimate any team, that's one fact I've seen from him so far. Xavi is really trying to build his squad well and get the players playing with confidence. He has a good and reliable strategy, but sometimes it doesn't always help him to win matches.

Barcelona failed to win the game against Getafe, but I don't feel the same way Barcelona will feel for their second match against Cadiz. Barcelona have to win the game if they don't want to go too far up the table compared to Real Madrid and a lot of other teams, so they really have to give their all this week. Barcelona are playing at home even if it's not at Camp Nou, so they can be expected in my opinion.

Most likely Barcelona will win this match.I doubt they are in such form that they can't even win against a team like Cadiz and that against Getafe was maybe the players of Barcelona underestimated the game against Getafe,of course something that should never happen when you are playing in such a high level like the La Liga in Spain.

Xavi is a great coach and I am sure the mentality instilled in players is that of a winning one,as they won La Liga last season so most likely as I said some specific players should have been self complacent and that result against Getafe should serve as an eye opener or as people say they should come back with foots on earth and start delivering results starting from this very game of this weekend.

Atletico Madrid are going to face a bigger challenge after winning comfortably against Granada. Betis is their next opponent. Atletico Madrid have a good history against them in away matches in the recent years. But we would watch a competitive match anyway. Betis started great with a tough win over Villarreal. They look ready for new season. I think they will make difficulties for Atletico Madrid.

As a result I don't expect a comfortable win for Atletico Madrid. I'm thinking of betting on handicap 1:0 draw for Atletico Madrid @3.75. It might look risky but I'm expecting a win by Atletico Madrid but by one goal.

Oh yes, the Europa League Champions Sevilla have had a poor start to the season, and it's the same as the previous season. I look forward to seeing what they can do this season.

Probably repeating the same story as last season. The possible scenario, sevilla played badly in la liga and champion league but it will be back to the europa league and then winning it again. It's crazy to imagine that happen for the second time but there is still possibility.
The king of europa league will try its luck in UCL. Acuna already approached by another club. Let's see whether this guy is gonna leave from there soon.

In the first match, Barcelona couldn't play effectively, they also didn't play as offensive as usual. They only made 14 shots during the match, it was below the usual number of their shot attempts. Usually, Barcelona can make more than 15 shot attempts if they played against a small team like Getafe. So, it is untrue if they made a hundred attempts yesterday. 

I assume it was because Barcelona lost Dembele. They are lack of attackers, most of Barcelona players are midfielders. When they played many midfielders they can win the ball possessions, but they are difficult to score goals. So, I hope Barcelona can play with more attackers in the next matches. They can't rely on Lewandowski only to score goals.

Yes, it was very disappointing, but it is the first game, you dont have to be so hard on Barcelona, lets wait a few weeks to make judgments

I will once again support Valencia tonight after last week victory against Sevilla and I think this team is finally looking like a strong team who could fight for top 5 in LaLiga. Hopefully , they will keep playing offensive football , creating scoring chances and more because if they fall flat like last year season , then the outcome of the season will be a bad one for them.

Tonight they will face LasPalmas and it might end up with both teams to score and Valencia taking the victory with a 2-1 or 3-1 correct score.

@shinratensei Sevilla has one aim only i.e. to qualify for the champions league and that’s why they keep winning the Europa league and it wouldn’t surprise me if they once again land themselves in the Europa League this season too because luck is on their side when they’re playing in this competition. Furthermore I don’t expect any major improvements from them in the La Liga so if anyone feels like wagering on them during La Liga matches I would advise not to because they’re very unpredictable when playing in La Liga.

yep, exactly! this is not a suggestion but more to share someone experience and I really understand what @Juggy777 said because it is true what you said that Sevilla has targets in other competitions such as UCL or European league which means Sevilla will not focus too much on La Liga so it is very difficult to predict whether Sevilla will win.
my experience last season I would start betting for Sevilla towards the end of the season when getting a position for a ticket to the European league or champions league so teams like this will try to fight for their position in order to get tickets to a bigger competition and for me I bet in the mid to the end of the season was more worthy of Sevilla.

After I tried to predict and look at the history of Atletico madrid's matches with Betis it seems that Atletico still have a bigger advantage and a bigger chance of winning than Betis and even though Betis is hosting it doesn't mean the chances will be big because from the history I saw when Atletico hosted Betis 2x beaten by Atletico so the bigger win for him.
Yes, every season is not the same but for me for clubs like Atletico and Betis it is the same as last season and I would not hesitate to place a bet on Atletico rather than take a bigger risk.

Based on the recent performance of these teams i can see Mallorca is slightly better than Villarreal and on week 1 too Villarreal has been lose from Betis but Mallorca also still haven't showing their best performance because they only can able to playing draw against promotion team Las Palmas but there is interesting thing from both teams that in the last 2 meetings Mallorca can able to beat Villarreal even the latest is they can able to win with big scores 4-2

The odds between them is not so different Mallorca @2.90 and Villarreal @2.55 but i don't think Villarreal can able to overcomes Mallorca because just like i said before Villarreal performance is still unstable even i was thinking perhaps Mallorca can able to continue their positive records and beat Villarreal again

The last time Betis beat Atletico Madrid on their home field was in 2019. Since then they have had one draw and the other times Atletico Madrid have won. More often than not, the difference in the game has been just one goal, so it seems to me that the next game could end the same way. But after the last game Betis vs Villarreal we can say that the hosts are well prepared for the game.

Recently Diego Simeone didn't use João Félix in the games and made him to play with the other players he doesn't really need as first squad in the next game which made everything hard for this Portuguese player and he want to leave Atletico Marid this season at any cost but  Atletico Madrid doesn't want to lose this player easily.

It's still too early to judge Sevilla's appearance this season,
Sevilla lost in the first game to a team whose quality is as strong as Sevilla. The season is still very long, Sevilla will try to improve its quality in the next match. Sevilla is not only playing in La Liga this season, they got an automatic ticket to the Champions League as a result of winning the Europa League Trophy last season. Also, if based on quality then I think Villarreal still looks better when compared to Mallorca. But the hesitation to bet for Villarreal is, that Mallorca is also not too bad when Mallorca plays against Villarreal. Therefore, at least at this moment Mallorca will still have a chance to get points, although it might only be one point for a draw result.

But yes, if we don't have such considerations, then maybe it would be good to keep betting for Villarreal to win. But yes, the risk will be big too because based on the odds available like that, then at least Villarreal will also not be able to ensure to be able to beat Mallorca in this away match for Villarreal.

Yes, it's not like not praising Sevilla, it's not like saying that Sevilla have struggled so much against a strong team like Manchester City. But if the Sevilla players were a little more responsible at the last minute. Then maybe the outcome of the game would have been reversed. Manchester City won the match with Plantic Shoot but I think it's a shame for Manchester City. Because Manchester City could not normally score any goals against a team like Sevilla, Manchester City won with a planting shot at the end of the game. I don't really understand why you would say it wasn't a happy win for Manchester City. I don't agree with this assumption given how difficult it was for the players to get past the good Seville defense as Yasin Bounou did make some fantastic saves. Sevilla played very well and they stole an early goal, but the tough Manchester City answered with a header from Cole Palmer.

It was a win that was expected even on penalties. Sevilla is a tough team in Europe so it's only natural that they really forced Manchester City to fight harder in that match. Congratulations to those who won the title, it's a great moment to celebrate.

Because the statistics draw a picture that shows why Sevilla was kind of lucky to make it into overtime. Maybe lucky is a bit too hard as a word here, but Manchester City had full dominance over the game almost the full 90 minutes. But still when a team like Sevilla scores it is incredibly hard for a team like Manchester City not because they are unlucky, but because Sevilla did a good job to defend against them. But when the question would be which team deserved it a bit more than the other, I think Manchester City was the overall fair winner.
