I remember very well how the La Liga standings were when the first El Clasico of the season was over, it was a landslide victory for Barcelona & a terrible defeat for Real Madrid. But look at how different the conditions are between the two teams now, they are 5 points different where Real Madrid has 43 points while Barcelona has 38 points.

Honestly, I don't believe what I'm seeing now, I wonder if Barcelona still has a chance to overtake Real Madrid in the standings considering that even if Real Madrid suffers one more defeat they still can't be moved from their current position.

The last El Clasico that Barcelona won 4-0 was probably Flick's best match.
I watched that match and what Barcelona's goalkeeper did I think seemed fantastic to me. Barca goalkeeper prevented Real from scoring 2 goals, which it seemed Real should score 100%, besides all Barcelona were at the peak of their form, and especially Rafinha, who had one of the best matches of his career.

Yes indeed, no matter whether they have injured players or not, because their second-string players and/or young players also have great potential. Thus, the Super Cup final match should still be interesting because this match also certainly has the title of el clasico. Real Madrid is close to getting their strong team as their recent matches have show so you are right that there is no injury start at this time that will stop Madrid from getting good result. In other words, if they lose any match now, it will not because they are missing any great and indispensable player but should be seen as one of those things happen in football where the best sides don't win sometimes.
