Atletico Madrid didn't make many changes for this season so I don't think they will do much and what happened now is surprising but for me this is only temporary because no matter what they are a team that should be watched out for even though they won't be able to disrupt the competition between Real Madrid and Barcelona so maybe Atletico Madrid will only compete for the top 4 again like last season.

Because  Spanish league, Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Atlético Madrid are consistently the top contenders in LaLiga every year. As we know, teams in football sometimes start a new season with a poor performance, but they often bounce back to their normal standard after a few games. I'm sure with a few more matches, Atlético Madrid can perform even better. They are a strong and aggressive team, and I know they have potential in even in UEFA champions league.

I think that even though Diogo Simone has achieved lot with this club winning the laliga title and playing in the finals of the champions League some years ago he has ran out of ideas and has over stayed his welcome the best thing is for him to move to another club because at it's stand now ATM is now a club that has no ambition both in Europe and in the domestic league

I don't understand the pity narrative we are trying to give Real Madrid. They are not the first team to get a coach replacement, Barcelona did and it work very well. In fact, releasing Xavi from Barcelona and been replace by Ansi Flick was the best decision they made before last season kicked off. The only better league they couldn't win was the Champions League and the club world cup but they did better thany expectations were as Real Madrid was dealing with injuries here and there.

Any team can rebuild and do better, the team that used that as an excuse are the ones when the pattern isn't working they plan and that's what Real Madrid fans are trying to portray. The was same Xabi that had good run in Leverkusen before coming here. The problem might not be Xabi strategy, it is from the players that are executing the plans. They are not connected like before and the team is too careful trying to avoid anything that can lead them to a loss.

Even though Real Madrid hasn't had impressive results, they've at least consistently earned 3 points. That alone is enough for me & several other users who like to bet on Real Madrid to win. Well, hopefully their performance won't be bad in the next few matches.

I actually think that Real Madrid has experienced quite significant improvements. Their front line is indeed less sharp than Barcelona's, but Real Madrid now has a more solid back line, and for this part, I think they are better than Barcelona. Real Madrid and Barcelona have both collected 6 points, but the striking difference is that Real Madrid's goal has not been conceded yet, while Barcelona has conceded 2 goals.

I was quite doubtful about Dean Huijsen and Alvaro Carreras at first, because they are still young and don't have much experience in La Liga, but it turned out I was wrong because Huijsen and Carreras were able to adapt quickly and make Real Madrid's line very formidable.

Simeone goes through phases where he's in a negative spell, but he always bounces back in no time. In both games, Atleti were the better team, but sometimes luck and mistakes happen — it's a normal part of football.

Simeone is the kind of coach who can lift a team when everything seems to be going wrong. They just need to hold on until the first international break, lift their heads, and the points will start coming in.

Firing Xabi after only one year of work is ridiculous, in my opinion. He should have been given at least three years. I think he is a good coach, he enjoys the process and does not rely on instant players. So Xabi has a philosophy of developing young players for the future. I think Simeone is comfortable at Atletico, and the decision to change the coach should be made by the management. It happens, and even apart from saying teams start with poor performance and bounce back, the competition is still very early, so predictions won’t be sweet by now because we will be just doing wrong analysis. Rather, we should see how teams perform for some time, and then from there we will know which team is going to be the winner of this season.

Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atlético Madrid are always the top three in La Liga, so there is no need to argue about that. Let’s just wait and see how these clubs perform this season because every club is ready for the title.

At the moment he's trying to prove that by trying to do his best in every game and the development of the attacking scheme and the chemistry of the players has been good for Xabi.

He knows what the risks are in Madrid in terms of expectations and so far at least for the first two weeks it's been very good. But it's undeniable that for now he still has to pay attention to the conditions because after all, the slightest mistake can be bad for him and Madrid.

I don't see anything wrong with Madrid attack if the right players are used, because Madrid has one of the best attacking force in Europe currently. The problem is that Vini and Mbappe can give attitude to each other anytime due to their ego and pride, but if they can play in unity as one, they'll move mountains. I haven't seen the best of these two players working together since the arrival of Mbappe.

I think he is a good coach, he enjoys the process and does not rely on instant players. So Xabi has a philosophy of developing young players for the future. I don't know who's saying this, but it's a completely pointless idea. Real Madrid's long-term management is like a habit. They've had a long tenure with Carlo Ancelotti. I'm sure Xabi will have a successful season with Real Madrid this year and prove all this criticism and rhetoric to be false. He's an exceptional manager and gets along very well with the young players. Just look at how good Arda Güler has been since his arrival. Just bet the outright after the first el Classico happened. I'm surely we will know the winner after that el classico game. It's nothing surprised me that La Liga is just about Barcelona or Real Madrid. If Barcelona lose, Madrid win. Otherwise, Real Madrid win, Barcelona lose.

Other than that i also admit Madrid is improving, but only a bit. I'm still patient enough to wait how good they are to fight against Barcelona. They always got thrashed by Barcelona last season, but i hope they won't. I also give applause to the Huijsen who's good with his great pass, Arda with his big chances created, and Thchouameni with his ball possession. The last match result is positive. i hope they will always continue like that.

Atletico Madrid have  had a very strong squad in the last  few seasons. But even then their performance has been very inconsistent. Last season I thought atletico madrid would compete for the title. But at the end of the season, the team  was 12 points behind than barcelona. This season too,I  can not  expected much  from the team. Even if they q ualify for the Champions League, Atletico Madrid will not be able to compete for the title.

Atletico have failed to win in their first two matches of this  season. They have lost points against two weak teams like elche and espanyol. With such performance, it is unlikely that the team will compete for the title.

Atletico madrid should  definitely look for a new coach. Atletico Madrid has been relying on Diego simeone for a long time. And Simeone has also won the Lamiga title. But their performance in the last few seasons has been weak. They should now look for an experienced new coach

It happens, and even apart from saying teams start with poor performance and bounce back, the competition is still very early, so predictions won’t be sweet by now because we will be just doing wrong analysis...

 Yeah, stuff like this happens a lot. Even if you don’t take into account some teams failing at the start and then making a comeback later, the competition level is still too low right now. So making any “optimistic” predictions at this stage doesn’t make sense, chances are our analysis would just be wrong anyway. Better to wait a bit and see how the teams actually perform over time, imho.
 It’s not about if they’ll be at the top — that’s a given — the only debate is which one’s gonna actually dominate this season.
