I don't really know the situation in Real Madrid squad nowadays. However, they look like still playing quite well although they failed winning the last 2 matches in La Liga. Well, I can understand if Endrick feels unhappy because he only sits on the bench. Valverde may also be unsatisfied because he more often plays as the right back, it isn't his main position. Meanwhile Rodrygo loses his regular position as the right winger. But those other players have no reason to feel unhappy. Vini and Bellingham still play regularly, they still can contribute well until now. I am not fully agree with your opinion about Real Madrid team less chemistry so far after several bad result in La Liga, recentky Madrid won the champion league match after defeating Olympiacos. I think main problem of Madrid inconsistent performance in La Liga because higb difference tactical between Carlo Acelotti and Xabi Alonso play dominance with controlling ball possesion. Its make any player get diffocult for adapting with Xabi Alonso tactician how last season Madrid not really dominance ball possession but quite effective when counter attack.

I think this situation is getting more heated because Xabi Alonso is always trying to rotate players. Sometimes, important players who contribute aren't always allowed to play every match. For example, yesterday, Bellingham, who is usually a starting 11 player and plays the full match, played less. It's possible they all want easier rules from Alonso because the current Real Madrid coach is quite eager to change Real Madrid's appearance and performance in any competition. So, the players mentioned also want to make a good contribution to Real Madrid and shouldn't be ignored by Alonso, who is currently the coach. Giving Bellingham much time or a spot in the starting lineup is never a big deal, the thing is Bellingham should just calm down he will definitely he will still make the first team list, because in my own observation I still believe coach Xabi Alonso is still trying to balance up the team and I still very much believe he's not gotten a first team starters so that shouldn't be a problem at all, Bellingham coming from the bench to play should not divide the dressing room or whatever because Xabi knows what he's doing actually, the only thing is the management should try to talk the players down.

There is a climate of dissatisfaction on the part of the players, i have this feeling, i am clearly not in favor of teams where there are all prima donnas.
The players have to abide by the rules and what is decided there in the environment, clearly this thing must be clear to the management and a coach with character is needed to manage all these strong players.

I believe Real Madrid will agree on a contract with Vinicius. The Brazilian is incredibly important to Real Madrid. He demonstrated this with his two assists against Olympiacos. He's the team's most important star after Mbappé. Of course, he could ask for a bit more. The key is reaching an agreement, and I believe they'll reach an agreement with the Brazilian. They won't let him leave the team after yesterday's match.
