The thing that makes me laugh each time I see Barcelona favorite is that he's always on top and doing well when he doesn't face a tougher opponent. No Mendy no Cucurella and Yamal is one of the best and he deserves to win the ballon d'or, this just shows that Yamal is not close to what some people think of him. Against Chelsea he was off color even before the red card and that shouldn't be an excuse but look at him now, taking on defenders without fear, what happened that he couldn't complete any dribble against Cucurella?

You can’t just use one match to judge this players, they do have bad games sometimes and the games do turn opposit sometimes especially if the tactics you guys planned for was worked against, you will have to struggle because it’s not always easy to change pattern of game.

If Dani Olmo can go for a whole season without sitting on the bench too much or getting injures, in my opinion he is an underrated midfielder who is as good in accelerating attacks as he is in neutralizing dangerous attacks. If he has a weakness, he sometimes needs too many chances or misses big ones when in fact he shouldn't. It is a weakness actually, but his way to play the game makes him valuable for the team as a whole with or without his goals. There are not that many midfielders who can fill both roles on an equal level.

That's almost impossible haha, Olmo has glass legs as reporters has always said, as of last season Olmo was spectacular, scoring goals and creating less error, but this season i feel he is not yet back on his groove, although he scored two brilliant goals today but he keeps making mistakes he knows he can't track back to correct, sometimes he is just too slow to distribute the ball and most of his passes does not connect but at least he is currently better than Feran Torres.

Today's match, we see the return of Pedri and i can say he really did put on quite a show, his distribution, his maneuvering from tight spots, in fact it felt like he was not injured just last two weeks.

I have really missed watching the Raphinha - Yamal duo. Finally Raphinha is back from his injury which is great news for the team too.

It is good to see Raphinha back on the pitch today. We saw how he made a goal assist that led to Olmo's first goal. I'm sure in other Barcelona matches, he will be in the starting line-up, along with Yamal.

You're still wondering how they lost to Chelsea! Of course it's simple, they were not just beaten, they were totally outplayed from the get go. Chelsea put themselves in a position were they controlled the game. It's like they had a stronger motivation before the match and it's clear from the way Barcelona fans and some of their players projected themselves earlier on. You can imagine few months ago, the fans already concluded that they were going to beat Chelsea and every other top teams they meet this season, this was like an extra motivation to those teams if you ask me.

Raphinha's return has been fantastic; he's picked up where he left off, which is good news for Barcelona, but the defence is still struggling and needs improvement. But this team should sell Koundé, Aroujo and Ferran to generate funds to buy forwards and midfielders. For defence, they should sign centre-backs like Upamecano and Konaté who are available on free transfers. Barcelona should focus more on sales than income to improve their financial situation. Hopefully, the club will get back on track.

Every good win for Barcelona especially after the surprising defeat against Chelsea in the Champions League last week, the players and the coach were all coordinated and have showed and prove to their fans that they are back and strong again to compete for the Laliga regardless of their champions league result.

A 3-1 win against Alaves has lifted Barcelona to the first position of the Laliga table with two points above Real Madrid that is yet to play their match against Girona tomorrow, and we can say that Barcelona should not be comfortable at the top of the Laliga table because Real Madrid have good winning record against Girona, so this time will not be different from any other time because Madrid cannot afford to lose when Barcelona have won their match, and if they lose or draw the match, they will still be behind Barcelona, and if Barcelona take the lead, I don’t think they will drop points soon; therefore, Real Madrid need to win their match by all means tomorrow.

Alves scored first goal in just one minute the match started, Barcelona also equalised within 10 minutes and the assist made by Roberto Lewandowski which Lamine Yamal converted to goal.

Raphinha contributions in this match is impressive because Barcelona attacking line looks different today, it has improved compared to when Raphinha was in injured. He has made an excellent assist to which Dani Olmo converted into goal. It seems Eric Garcia is injured which I don't think he will return to the second half.

It is very good that Raphinha is back to the team and playing, with time he will be fully fit and then we’ll maybe see that explosive Raphinha once again, he’s getting back into groove.
Barcelona original attack line is getting back together and this is something we’ll like to see though Marcus Rashford has been impressive but I would want to see Raphinha-Lewandowski-Lamine.

I wasn't shakened when Alaves scored because i know that Barcelona cannot lose at the Champions League game against Chelsea and come back to the La Liga to still lose to Alaves so not quite long Lamine Yamal equalized the score before Dani Olmo put them ahead before half time and sealed the winning completely at injury time. About why Barcelona lost to Chelsea we all know that Chelsea is not also an easy team because they have faced many big teams and ended up winning them and the match was played at Stamford bridge which they own the crowd who were cheering them coupled with the red card advantage that Barcelona's Araujo got so they quickly made good use of that situation. The La Liga title has not really shown the face of who is gonna win it because the point gap isn't that obvious but if Hansi Flick can manage the injuries that has affected the team's performance they can still match up with the energy of becoming the potential favorite.
