Atletico Madrid started their match very well. Atletico Madrid had many chances to score but they couldn't take advantage of them. Barcelona's attacking side played quite well. They had many chances and they failed to score many goals. Barcelona failed to score many goals, Barcelona were able to easily break Atletico Madrid's defense but even then they couldn't score. If Atletico Madrid's attacking side had performed a little better, we might have seen a much tougher fight on the field.

Atletico Madrid started the match quickly, scoring the first goal but couldn't keep the lead. Barcelona's dominant play led to goals. I still believe Barcelona's defensive performance is poor, and unless improvements are made in their defense, they're certain to struggle even more in the coming matches.

Atletico Madrid didn't use there opportunities very well they would have won the match, when they scored the first goal I was expecting them to defend that goal very well maybe till the end of the match but they couldn't, Barcelona showed a very good performance in the match, Barcelona may end up lifting the la Liga title this season because real Madrid is not inform anymore and I think the reason for that is that they are not happy with there coach, I saw a news that the real Madrid coach has been called by the management because some players reported him for using a strategy that is not working for the team, I believe if Real Madrid change their strategy they will start performing very well and they will have more bigger chance to complete for the la Liga title.

Lewandowski missed penalty deprived Barcelona from leading the game in the first half. However, they look smarter and aggressive with their attack. I hope that they can win this game in the second half because Atletico might come up with full pressure in the second half.

It's normal to miss a penalty kick but this isn't a match to have throw away a goal scoring opportunity that would have put the team in lead and could have reduced any pressure that Atletico Madrid would have returned with to the second half, because the 1:1 scoreline gives both sides hopes of still standing a chance of winning the game which now makes the match so intense and which also seems interesting because any side which gets the next goal will probably become the winner of course.

Even when Lewandoski  missed the penalty, I didn’t panic because the Barcelona I know will definitely win this match. They were playing at home, and they won’t allowed Athletico Madrid to come their house and win them, rather they should do everything possible to see that they win the match. Which they did, moreover Athletico Madrid is not a new team to Barcelona, I feel like this two club have known each other for long the pattern of play every season, they know. So I knew Barcelona know what to do to win the match, and they deliver the expected result.

I didn’t panic not because I knew it’s a Barcelona home match and they’re sure going to win but because I saw Pedri and Raphinha still in the game. I had bet on Barcelona win and BTTS so it was a good night.

Dani Olmo is a good player and he’s been doing well at Barcelona but somehow I still prefer Fermin Lopez but the universe makes it easier for the coach Hansi Flick, one is always injured when the other is fit.

Kudos to Ferran Torres the Shark bites again, kind of an underrated player at this barça side. He’s been a consistent Super sub, fantastic player. Once again Barcelona is sitting pretty at the top, pressure on Madrid now.

Truly the coming back of Raphinha has an immense impact on how Barcelona play they really need him in the big matches, he has a commanding effect just that the Barcelona PR or whoever doesn’t favour him. He’s the best player at Barcelona, Lamine Yamal is good very good but Raphinha is the better contributor.
Pedri and Raphinha is giving that Iniesta and Neymar effect and both are wearing same numbers with their countrymen.
Now this is back to back 3:1 winnings for  Barcelona sitting at the top. After the Madrid game we’ll know how far away they will be.
