It is wrong to say that the team is at the top of the points table because there is still a lot of play to do. Barcelona fans enjoyed watching Real Madrid's last match. However, Real Madrid is a team that can come out of any situation and prove that they are champions. I am hopeful that they will come back very soon.

Real Madrid is clearly in a period of significant crisis, despite everything thanks also to the players they find themselves with, they continue to push forward, but they are not running or walking, at the moment they are limping without stopping.
It depends only exclusively on them, on the entire team starting from the coach, players, massage therapists, physiotherapists all at full capacity.

They are really lucky that the league is not so competitive and Barcelona are also not in their best form as well if not they would have gone down in the standings after consecutive draws. Seriously if a team daws 4 consecutive games in the premier league they would probably be 6th place by now.

They used to sign the best midfielders and best defenders even attackers but now they prefer to go for young players like Mastantuono, Guler Endrick. They are good players but they are supposed to be in other teams below Real Madrid standards, gain experience and the  join teams like Chelsea, Manchester united, or other top teams before moving to Real Madrid finally as gaining experience.

I am disappointed with the defenders Real Madrid are trusting now, Asensio would never had made it to the first team back then and Huijsen is still inexperienced and is suppose to be in the premier league. I wonder how and why they didn't go for top defenders like Van Djik when he was still in his prime. Van Djik paired with Rudiger back then would have been a strong defense to beat.

They should change their ways and go back to old ways if they want to be at the top again..

I'm back with another game to bet on. I'm picking Madrid's game to bet, but avoid to bet on them. The reason is clear they had very poor performances in the previous games. Getting draw three times in a row enough to make me feel so skeptical on them.
Their team is so fragile, and away game make it worst. So i think they do really need a miracle to win. that's why i pick BTTS.

Bilbao clearly stronger than their last opponents. So i think both clubs will score. To be fair, their straight bet is also offering very tempting odds, but i don't interesting with it.

What an excellent display from Mbappe as he dribble almost all Bilbao defenders and took a brilliant strike to find the back of the net. The early goal puts Madrid ahead of the host as they are currently leading 1-0. Real Madrid looks very smart and better than Bilbao and if care is not taken Madrid will score many goals in this match.

Hmm, I saw that Kylian Mbappe scored a quick goal for Real Madrid in the ongoing match against Athletic Club. So, it must be said that Madrid has started strongly. However it is perhaps an exaggeration to say that Madrid are very smart  and excellent and that they will score more goals. Athletic Club have been very tactical at home  and Madrids defense has not looked very safe recently. Lets not forget that Athletic is capable of keeping the match very competitive against top quality teams

I think Madrid have a significant attacking potential and Mbappe is really dangerous. However I am definitely not expecting a big win in this match. Depending on the defense and Athletics pressure, the game could end in a 1-1 draw or a 2-1 win for Madrid

The only hope real madrid has today is if they can score multiple goals against Bilbao but I doubt if that one going to happen because they might use home advantage over them and besides real Madrid are not in a perfect form. I just noticed that if Real Madrid didn't struggle in the league and see some competitive they will won't be serious see how they perform very nice against Athletic Bilbao if they perform like this there last game against Girona they should have achieved the three point. Xabi Alonso as do well and secure is position in the league table, if madrid lost against Athletic Bilbao i think xabi Alonso will be in danger of sacking but now that he achieve the three point he will continue and the team will believe him this season next week they will prefer for Manchester City in the Champions League at home.

Maybe the build up pressure made them perform well today, the perform extra well with Kylian mbappe’s rating reach a peak of 10, but maybe the team performance doesn’t depend on the form of Athletic Bilbao maybe as I said the team’s performance was as a result of some kind of pressure of not winning their last three Lakota games.

So unfortunate for Athletic Bilbao that they could not get a goal despite all their performance and attempts this is just a prove that Real Madrid is not their mate when it comes to football and this was almost the same result they got from Barcelona but that of Barcelona was 4:0 and I think Barcelona played them more than real Madrid and Barcelona didn't struggle too much to score them. Finally Real Madrid has maintain their state in the table and they are following Barcelona back to back so that they can capitalize on any opportunity given to them but I'm afraid Barcelona may not give that chance now.
