I agree, there is a chance Real Madrid could win the title this season, the gap is not that big. However, while we have it at this level, I think it would be clear that we are not going to see it change just yet. It is going to be very easy to see the difference and should not be an issue at all, one point is easy to overcome and can be done. Obviously it is not "easy", it is just possible but they need to do better than Barcelona for the rest of the season and that is not always that easy to do.

And only the one who can perform consistently can win this competition and claim the La Liga title this season. So, both teams must ensure they maintain their performance and focus, and avoid even the slightest mistakes, or else one of them will lose their chance to win the title.

I love the statement that "if Real Madrid can defend well, they are going to win". The problem of Madrid seems to be preventing the opponents from scoring more than 1 or 2 goals because on a good day, Real Madrid finishers as led by Mbappe will be able to get a good number of goals.

Let's be hopeful that Real Madrid is going to maintain the good form that they have entered for a long time and probably win this season's Laliga because Barcelona is not showing any signs of resuscitation.

Just like I usually say this Real Madrid team are one of the most inconsistent team in the league to me because seriously they are just dropping points you actually expect them not to. The draw against Relegation threatened Girona was the exact game that made it clear to me that the manager usually has a large chunk of blame to take because the line up was definitely what gave that game out. The two starting Center Backs were Militao and Rudiger with both actually just coming back from a long injury lay-off and the manager simply threw them into the game which to me was a bad idea.

He did same formation twerk against Atletico Madrid where he started Jude Bellingham who had also returned back from an injury which required operation and this ended badly as the game went upto to 5 goals scored by Atletico Madrid and the heavy defeat this season, so for me it’s Alonso’s fault in some of this games they dropped points

Mbape, Bellingham, and Vini Jr. are truly a formidable trio up front for this team. When they're at their best, it's nearly impossible to stop their relentless attacks. Unfortunately, this team isn't as consistent as we'd hoped. Sometimes they seem to struggle to score goals. And sometimes their defense weakens. So sometimes I don't understand what exactly is causing this team to be inconsistent. Alonso may have made several changes, but I think he is now done with all those changes. And I hope this time we can continue to see a more consistent Real Madrid. The point difference with Barcelona may still be very slim, but if Real Madrid fails in some upcoming matches, that will allow Barcelona to pull far ahead of Real Madrid. However, Barcelona themselves sometimes lose points unexpectedly. So, everything is still unpredictable at this point.

I don't know why we don't give Guler enough credit than he deserved. Of all the assists that has been provided by Mbape this season Guler has more and also has close goal, Bellingham only lead him with 1 goal and we think Bellingham is bangs the team better than him. It's the same PR his camp use to make him stay among the elite in 2023 is the same card they are still playing, if only Mbape has that kind of playbook, the internet wouldn't rest with his performance lately.

Real Madrid as a team is disappointing lately, they built everything well in October only to come and use November to play absolute cinema in Laliga. Real Madrid is stranded now and are looking for more opportunities. I think they are having the opportunities but there are some part of the team that are making the team looks like a group of teams that need more training or should I say more knock on their fore heads.

This is how Real Madrid is at the moment, they defend well (like you said) and score goals and win the game but when they find it hard to score and the defenders are not doing well they either lose or draw the game. Having some of the injured players back is a booster to the team but can they be up to speed like before? No I don't think so and that's why the whole squad need to play for everybody and not an individual play, with everyone doing the work for everybody I believe Madrid can keep more clean sheet and get more goals. From what I have seen I don't see Madrid play that way till the rest of the season. I can't say much about Mbappe because he has a target that's why sometimes he's playing and forgetting that the game should be a team work.

Actually, Real Madrid's defensive strength is already quite good. Last summer's transfer market also brought in many players to strengthen Real Madrid's defense. There is Dean Huijsen who was brought in from Bournemouth. Alvaro Carreras who was brought in from Benfica. Then there is the right back Trent Alexander-Arnold who was brought in from Liverpool. And in Real Madrid's squad on the defensive side, there are already many top players but they have started to age over 30 years old like David Alaba, Antonio Rudiger.

After 3 unsatisfactory results in the previous 3 matches, Madrid finally got a very good victory in this match.

Correct, Barcelona and Real Madrid have not managed to reach their best form this season, and Villarreal and Atletico should be able to take advantage of that momentum to seriously compete for the title. I think Atletico are more reliable than Villarreal in the title race, but overall both teams seem to be merely fighting to secure their places in the top four. When the second half of the season begins, Villarreal may start to run out of steam, making them unable to put pressure on Barcelona and Real Madrid.

Villarreal have been impressive this season but they don't have the quality of players and the depth needed to challenge the top two teams for the league title. I think Villarreal are just doing their best to finish in the top four, I don't see them as a strong title challenging team

Is surprising when it comes to constant injury problem for Madrid in a  season they'll have more than 3 players out due to injury and whenever they recover it doesn't take much time before they return back to injury, it got me wondering if the medical staff of Madrid are not good enough for the job or is there something they're not doing to keep them out from going to the injury room? Because is becoming worrisome for the fans as well as the manager of the side and if you check the injury list the guys that are out are important players that if they're on the squad you'd see them doing better than they're have been doing and it will be bad to start fixing the players in positions they're not good at just like playing Tchouaméni as a CB, all these doesn't make the team strong enough.

You are probably quite upset with these two teams due to their unpredictable performances but not every team is always in good form. What I mean is I probably understand your attitude. The fans have high expectations from the traditional and big teams. If those teams lose easy matches to the underdog teams, it seems confusing. Barcelona has been a stable team this season but some of the team players have suffered a bit of a slump in form due to injuries. Which has disappointed the fans but they have returned to winning streak and are at the top of the table.

The same situation has arisen in the case of Real Madrid because despite playing well, the tendency to drop points in some easy matches seems confusing in terms of their chances of winning trophies. It's rare for another team to match these two, usually Atletico Madrid. And now, Villarreal, who consistently contributes to La Liga, is back.
