I'm not surprised that Florentino Perez is having the last laugh over Javier Tebas.  The Real Madrid president have always been on loggerhead with the La Liga president and had kicked against many of the policies of Tebas. Always threatening to use every legal means to force the league administrator to do his biddings.
With the ruling, Tebas now will be left with no other option than to pay the fees for infringement to Real Madrid and the other clubs included in the judgement. Barcelona president Joseph Bartomeu who's a known ally of Tebas will be very disappointed with this judgement but wether he likes it or not, the truth Real Madrid will be smiling to the bank

Despite experiencing some non-technical issues, it certainly won't affect Barca's squad against Real Betis. Barcelona is in excellent form, determined to maintain their lead at the top of the table.
