It's pretty clear that Alonso is about to get sacked. Something is wrong with Real Madrid's performance. Mbappe is the only one, who scores the goals. If he can't score, the team has a problem with scoring and can't win. Vinicius and Rodrigo haven't scored goals in the last several matches. one thing i want to point out is how the Real Madrid players talks to the referee what the hell they want? you cant shout to him and want to not get a yellow card.

The referee's decision cannot be contested. Complaints can only be made about VAR, but only if the referee responds. If not, then complaints are not allowed. Complaining with harsh and rude words will only result in a card, either a yellow card or even a red card if the player has already received a yellow card.
Even though Real Madrid is playing at home and usually benefits from the referee, how come the players still complain to the referee?

Honestly it was really a disaster. i know anything can happen in football but as the table is getting tougher, i never expected they would loss to Celta de Vigo at Santiago Bernabeu. Real Madrid performance this season hasn't been encouraging, and Xabi Alonso seems to be the big problem in this team. They think they can talk to the referee however they like and get away with it. Performance of Real Madrid in this game increases more problems and worries about their season prospects because they are badly down in moral as injuries are giving out its real impact on their chances for having good fight till end of this season.

If not for those bookings, maybe Real Madrid would've tried to comeback and maybe draw especially that of Fran Garcia cause ruined their formation since they were shot of one man, moreover Celta Vigo is not a very weak side so they took advantage of the opportunity and frustrated Real Madrid till they made another mistake that led to the second goal.
 Well Real Madrid tried their best despite the defeat they created chances to turn the game around but luck wasn't on their side in that match, it was a lucky day for Celta Vigo though cause Real Madrid performed better but couldn't create better chances, it's sad lose at home anyways coupled with the fact that the gap between Barcelona is getting wider.

I don't think Real Madrid did their best to avoid defeat. We're talking about a club feard by everyone, where the players they have are the best around and everyone would want them in their team.

I never knew you can elbow a player and go scot free without a booking, yeah, that's one thing I saw from the game between Real Madrid Vs Celta on Sunday. It's a clear fact that Celta Vigo won Real Madrid but the referee was shit. He remembered to give Bellingham a yellow for coming into the pitch but he didn't remember to give Borja Iglesias a yellow card for that elbow. 12 cards were dished out to Real Madrid players that night. Could it be a coincidence that this type of refereeing is coming out just moments after Real Madrid took La Liga to court for infringement and won?

Let's forget the la Liga and Madrid court case for a second, this game was won by Celta Vigo yes a clear win but again the ref messed everything up which was clearly shown in that game, but because the referee never handled that situation with the elbow properly that was when the tension became high and you don't expect him not to be under pressure, it will happen especially when a team that wants to go back on top or stay close to the league leaders are losing the game, it will happen and the ref knows he made a mistake a big one at that. If it was the EPL I believe they'd use VAR to work on that incident if possible take more than 10mins to review it, they'll make sure to know if it was intentional or not and the punishment must stand, not that England ref don't make mistakes but I believe the Celta Vigo player will definitely get punished not the other way round, well for me this should have been a yellow shown to the Vigo player because it wasn't a deliberate act if you ask me, only that would have settled the whole thing on the pitch that's if Iglesias was shown a yellow card.

The referee really messed up that game, the way he dished out yellow cards and red card was totally uncalled for. The first red card was legit and no issues about it because it was a foul, he saw it and gave out the card but when it's the other way round he completely went blind. No single booking for that kind of foul but he quickly remembered that a player coming on the pitch without the approval of an official is a card offense. Like you said, if this was in the EPL it won't have happened so, I have been watched games in the Saudi league were referees takes enough time to look at situations on the screen before giving their verdict, but this wasn't the case. The inconsistency in officiating in La Liga is really something else. That league needs to do better.

Real Madrid's campaign in the European Cup this season haven't been bad, they've been one of the most outstanding teams so I understand when you say they'll always deliver good performances on the competition even when they're underperforming in the Spanish La Liga campaign. This is the main issue which just few people are noticing and I'm glad you rightly identified it because those changes are the reason it is looking like they are experimenting with some of their matches. The middle of the season is not the time to experiment with strategies, those would have been done during the pre-season matches. But it seems he is learning very fast and I believe the players will be able to adapt as fast as possible to his changes. The loss yesternight was a very terrible one and it changes how many people view Real Madrid under Xabi Alonso.

Nah, both have mistakes whether it's a player or it's a manager, both have 50/50 mistakes. We all can see it well that recent bad toes is the blame of the manager as well as player. With or without the presence of real Madrid's defenders, Real Madrid will still find way to turn the table to there favour know matter the situation. Last season they had similar issues yet they where able to work on there weakness to turn it to there strength when know one believed it could be possible, the same is what I can see coming if only Xabi Alonso will be able to use what he has available in the team. I still can not forget what morinho said, he said the easiest way to defend is to attack which means the more your attack is pushing for goals so there team will be weak.

Despite the perhaps somewhat controversial refereeing performance in Real Madrid's last match, the real issue lies in Alonso's ability to maximize his players' potential.
If we recall how after defeating Barcelona in El Clásico, Real Madrid's performance didn't improve, and they struggled to achieve promising wins in subsequent matches. This created several problems within the team, such as a shaky defense, particularly when blocking set pieces, where Real Madrid players struggled several times and lost duels with opposing players.

However, the deterioration of the players' performance in this last match, the feeling of being left out in the team, and above all, the wrong decisions of coach Xabi Alonso, will the Madrid authorities tolerate all these things or will they take the right steps for the team?
