Barcelona is currently in good form, so it shouldn't be too difficult for them to beat Espanyol, as they naturally want to keep Real Madrid at bay. Real madrid have performed well without Mbappe and won. But even then, we ca nnot conclude by examining the results of one match that Real madrid are stronger without Mbappe. Is like you don't watch that game through out, because you are praising Espanyol players for the loss they received from Barcelona it  make me believe you didn't watch the game. I know there was no chance for Barcelona players to secured goal in the 45 minutes but they made the first half difficult for Espanyol players to touch the ball the way they want.

For you to know that it was not difficult for Barcelona to score goal from the home of Espanyol, they scored two goals without allowed their opponent to secure a single goal from the second half for you to know that Espanyol is a small club to Barcelona in this season.

People are overreacting on Gonzalo already, I get that kid scored a hattrick, and what a hattrick too, one right foot, one left foot, one header, that type of hattrick rarely ever happens and this was amazing. But out of just one game, they are suddenly chanting that he should be getting more minutes.

Reality is that if you put him to play, and rotate others, you are going to end up with a broken system because he won't be as good every game. He is alright, a decent player but I rather see him play 90 minutes every game in a lower level club before they get him. He is not at "main striker for Real Madrid" level yet, sure he looked like one in this game but in generally he is not and that is why they need time for him to grow.

The comparison is so much unnecessary, Real Madrid needs Mbappe even in this time when he is their main attacking prowess. Gonzalo Garcia step out well yesterday getting four goals but this is not the first time he had been given an opportunity in La liga and in some of those games his impact wasn't felt like at the cwc last year.

What is clear is that the Barcelona and Espanyol match, Espanyol has not been able to keep up with Barcelona with their current strength, even though Espanyol managed to win the match well in the previous match but he could not face Barcelona, the opportunity is not enough if it does not make it a goal, from here the execution is different and Barcelona is very good for now even maybe when dealing with Madrid as his rival, Barcelona is still able to beat them.

The strong candidate for the winner of this season is again Barcelona, he is trying to maintain his position in the standings and wants to maintain consecutive championships in La Liga.

This is what I was expecting to say from people say, but all the comments I'm getting is that, Mbappe is now the problem of real Madrid and Gonzalo is the right man for the number 9, sometimes I wonder how people are even thinking, because of the hat trick he made, we can not have that peace again. To end the debate, it will be nice for Alonso to listen to all of you guys and give him more minutes, then we will definitely see the result that he will produce and let's not see if we are going to be seeking for Mbappe in that front again. Gonzalo is a good one, but we can never replace Mbappe for any reason.

Real Madrid's performance today was really good, the way they played was very interesting and there were exciting moments. In this match, Gonzala Garcia played amazingly, he scored a hat-trick with three goals in the match.

Gonzalo Garcia is actually a good player, but he doesn't get much playing time because he can't compete with Mbappe. Thanks to Gonzalo Garcia's hat-trick, Xabi Alonso should rethink his formation by pairing Gonzalo Garcia and Mbappe up front. If Mbappe and Gonzalo Garcia play together, Real Madrid will score a lot of goals. But it seems their partnership is difficult to achieve because Rodrygo and Vinicius are also playing well. I don’t think people are overreacting on Gonzalo performance in the game against Real Betis, he deserves the hype and attention from fans, we all know how good he is and how he shows himself in the Club World Cup, being a top scorer in the competition as a youth academy player is not something any player can do, he deserves more minutes, he is a striker and number 9 that Real Madrid need when they need goal in a match, Xabi Alonso knows how important he is that is why the club never consider sending on a loan even when there are many offers from different clubs.

Gonzalo goals shows how important he is for the team because Mbape is not a real striker, Mbape can not press the defenders and create space for himself to score goal, see what Gonzalo did before scoring those goals, he position himself well and also create space to convince the opponent defenders, he deserves to start some games, and it is the right time Alonso to take a decision on starting benching Vinicius and play Mbape on the right wing so that the team can perform well and score more goals.

Literally, the Espanyol players were motivated and we noticed that they were able to play much better with the full support of their home ground. After enjoying the first half of this match and looking at the statistics between these two teams, I thought this match would be a draw but I was surprised to see that the players in the starting eleven of the Barcelona football team could not score goals. In my view, perhaps it has been noticed by everyone that the defending champions scored two goals in this game while travelling to Espanyol and the players who came on as substitutes after the break were able to score, anyway you're right that Lopez made a great assist.

The espanyol where just unlucky in this game because it's a game they would have claimed all three point since they have the better chances to kill the game earlier on, but their wastefulness in front of goal cost them dearly at the dieing minute when dani almost and Robert lewandoski scored a goal each to give Barcelona the winning they didn't deserve.
Front the beginning of this game, I was expecting a fierce and difficult match for Barcelona because it's a derby game, and this espanyol team always gives them problems especially when they are playing on their own turf, but nevertheless it was really an exciting game of football that would have gone to the favour of espanyol if they took their chances when it comes begging, so not taking their chances was their greatest undoing last night.

It was an intense and difficult match for Barcelona from the start as we saw that the defending champions Barcelona had to wait 85 minutes to score the first goal and then they managed to score which was really surprising. You are right that the hosts Espanyol were a bit unlucky as the hosts played controlled football but did not get any points from this match, in my opinion it was their fault as they were working their defence line well in the beginning but Barca's substitutes played very aggressively it must be said.

Dani Olmo and Robert Lewandowski played a huge role in that match as I saw that these two smart players changed the situation of the match against Espanyol by scoring in the 86th minute and in the 90th minute, in fact by winning this match the current champions were able to increase the gap on points with Madrid

I think that is the mistake some Coach are making now, building a particular player in a particular position and depending so much on them which is very wrong and I believe that is what is happening in Manchester united currently the absence of few players has made them underperform even when people were somehow looking up to them that they are trying to do something reasonable and meaningful. If Alonso build Mbappe that way, it will really affect the team whenever he get injured and this can cause them a lot if there is no replacement.
