I would bet against it. Real Madrid has ha a couple erratic performances. Barcelona has had a few too, but they seem more consistent for the time being and they have a good level of opportunity conversion in their games and they do it with great timing. Real Madrid's 5-1 doesn't change much about that. Derbies are never easy to play and yet Barcelona stayed patient in that game and knocked Espanyol out in the last few minutes.
