I'm not surprised at this and I expected it but not after the El Clasico finals. The last laliga match that Madrid won was the match that Madrid wanted to use if sacking Xabi Alonso assuming he didn't win that game but he was lucky to win the game.

I think they didn't actually start the season badly; they started quite well. However, they couldn't maintain that momentum, and that led to the change of manager. The defeat in the Super Cup final was arguably the main reason for Real Madrid's change. Xabi needs to manage different teams in Europe for a few more seasons. Then perhaps he can reach much greater heights.

Xabi Alonso should have stayed at bayer Leverkusen but he was chasing after high pay and glory that is why he answered to the call when real Madrid need him. Xabi might be regretting why he didn't stayed in the bundesliga but in the other way round,he has nothing to lose because Real Madrid will pay him in full for terminating his contract before the expiration time as agreed. The Job of coaching real Madrid was an overwhelming task for Xabi Alonso as he couldn't handle it. who else's can coach real Madrid better than Carlo Ancelotti or can handle the job better than he does?

It's another victim of a big club making a big offer and indeed as you say it's too soon for a career advancement nor is it too good for a coach to get the place and treatment he deserves.
But this is not something new because previously we also often saw especially in the EPL like when Potter for Chelsea and Amorim for Manchester United and indeed another iconic for La Liga is Xavi at Barcelona who has almost the same conditions.

To be honest, I’m not even sure who Alvaro Arbeloa is as a coach. People on Telegram are saying he works with Real Madrid’s youth team, but I’m not sure how accurate that information is.

Yeah, Alvaro Arbeloa works with the Castila team and as I can remember, it's like after Real Madrid sacks their first team coach the Castila manager takes over until they find a replacement for the outgoing coach. I can remember when Ancelotti was sacked was sacked around January of 2015 in his first spell, it was Zidane that took over and Zidane was the Castila coach. He was supposed to be there till the club looked for a replacement in the summer but Zidane performed very well and even won the Champions League that 2016 and that was what cemented his retainment as the Real Madrid coach. May e if Arbeloa can perform as well he .ight be retained. I really don't know much about Arbeloa's coaching career expect for the fact that he took was once a Real Madrid player and played alongside, he even left the club long before Alonso left Real Madrid in 2014 summer.

Yes win in big games never signifies superiority but a little touch of luck is always the master keys to such games at last. The game between Real Madrid and Barcelona was indeed an interesting game to watch as both teams fought relentlessly to seal a win that Barcelona finally got when no one expected. In that game Real Madrid players did brilliantly well in all aspects raging from defensive wise down to attacking technique but ran out of luck that was why Barcelona was able to capitalise on there weakness to secure a win at last but never enough reasons to write off Madrids superiority when it has to do with qualities.

The problem is Mbappe is good for scoring, but will not make passes and crosses for others to score, so once you put Mbappe in place, it won't work. he'll be out there looking to be the main man, which is why Vini n Mbappe are not really working as they both wanna be the main character.

You are right.. This is the main problem in madrid's attack. Both Mbappe and Vini want to become the most important players in the squad. But mbappe has played in this position before. We have seen Mbappe want to be at the heart of the attack despite having players like messi and neymar in psg's squad and he  has that ability. He has a lot of scoring ability.

But does Vini have the same scoring ability as mbappe ?  Vini's best season so far was 2021-22 . He was able to score a maximum of 17  goals this season. On the other hand,  mbappe had his worst season since 2018  in 2019-20. Though, he managed to score 18 goals in 20 matches this season. So if vini thinks he's going to be a key player for madrid, I'd say it is  unlikely. Vini should go to another club. Anyway, if the bond between mbappe and vini is strong, madrid's attack will become the strongest attack in la liga.

It is not too big to handle for him. He has masterfully handled a much weaker team such that they were able to set all time records. He has a world class career on his own and knows everything you have to know to communicate with younger players but also with big stars.

It's normal that it doesn't always fit perfectly. If your reasoning was correct, it wouldn't make too much sense for Real Madrid to send Xabi Alonso away who was so successful and now they replace him with Arbeloa. Compare Xabi Alonso to Arbeloa and explain whether you can comprehend that decision.
