Real Madrid must have gotten their reasons for replacing Xabi Alonso with Arbeloa but for me I am not sure if this was a best replacement although Arbeloa has also a loyal coach who was also a former player and passionate about the success of the club, but what about his capacity to handle the pressure of the team at the top level ans what experience has he gathered so far to such regards. In my opinion, the club's management has become increasingly disorganized after they reached an agreement with Xabi Alonso to end their collaboration.
