why i will agree with you that real madrid need a more experienced coach is because Madrid has the resources and many more, so they need someone who will be able to make use of those available resources, and at the end of the day, with everything that is playing out now i know that Xabi will soon lose his job.

Who could be Madrid's next manager ? There are rumors about Alvaro arbeloa. But he is not experienced enough either.

This shows that Alonso cannot manage the team because he lacks control over some big players and that's bad. Your team wouldn't go forward because those players can influence the other ones against you. A coach should be able to be in full charge of his team irrespective the quality of players in it. I think it's a personal thing. I hope Alvaro Arbeloa can meet up to Madrid expectations from him.

I can't believe how toxic Real Madrid has become. They sacked a coach that worked for them just after they refused any of their coach request. They were not a serious club. Even when after they sacked Xabi, they replace him with someone that is not even better than him.

I think they're a joke club right now. Any of decision taken was out of my mind. The team treated all of their players like divas, and have superiority over the coach.

Is that normal? I don't think it's normal. A good club has to build from a coach combined with good players. When club and players can't respect their coach, it's all useless.

There is too much speculation that Xabi resigned because of Mbappe and you are one of them. But take a look at the player who didn't say thank you and goodbye to Xabi Alonso departure. Guess what or figure it out then that's the real root that made Xabi unable to hold back. Plus, from the start, the challenge of being a Madrid coach is very tough, in addition to being able to present good performances, but as a coach must also be able to control/reduce the egos of his players. I don't think the news reporter reported the news properly because from the development and the news I heard after my Last Post on this thread, I discovered that he was not sacked but he actually asked to resign from the position because the players no longer showed respect to him as we saw on the field where Barcelona did not have a guard of honor from Real Madrid because Mbappe called the players away from the pitch even after Xabi Alonso repeatedly wanted them to do so. It was embarrassing. It is only right to do so to avoid more embarrassment. Players who do not respect you will not learn from you, and as a coach, if your players do not learn from you, you cannot be successful.

It is true that in club as famous as this, it is more difficult to deal with egos than plans. Tough system Alonso was giving could not work with culture of stars, where magic created by single players is more important than coach drawing whiteboard lines.

Most of team wrote farewells, but no word came out in another key group of team, which showed clearly that Alonso had lost his voice and he had no choice but to quit. His leaving in end shows that in Madrid, there is no way boss can survive with his plans when he is not able to control ego of dressing room.

Xabi is System Coach and to be good, he must have 100% support. Players in Madrid usually believe that they are system. The breakup was indeed inevitable, and it seems that this has already become apparent when Real Madrid lost their top position in the standings, it's just that management seemed to be slightly more patient back then.  Xabi Alonso is not a bad coach and he even has great potential, but Real Madrid was too big for him. Even if it's true he's not sacked. There's something wrong with the club that makes him leaves. This is reminds me with Maresca's case when club has no trust on him. So anything he did, it's always getting opposite reaction from the club.

It's also showing how Madrid doesn't need a coach that have proper tactical plan. They need a coach that can give player freedom, which is hard to find. The plot twist is that Madrid sees Maresca as opportunity, but let's see.
