Sacking Xabi Alonso and giving that head coach position to Abreloa, I don't think Real Madrid will gain good results with Abreloa in remaining months of this season. It's hard for them to get any good coach in mid of season and if this position belongs to Abreloa in remaining months, with domination of Barcelona in La Liga, Real Madrid will have another failed season without any title.

Hilariously, PSG won Champions League title in a first season without Mbappe who was their biggest and brightest star player. Well, Perez should need to deep dive into this problem because if their players reacting like this in every coach then probably it will cause a concern for yeh team like if their key players is not following the coach's commandments, then how can their team be able to utilize his ability. You didn't specifically mention what Mbappe behavior is bothering you. I watch him play almost regularly but I've never seen him like that. He has a lot of talent and is a key goal machine for Real Madrid. This season he has scored 18 goals in 18 matches in La Liga and 9 in 5 matches in the Champions League. He is certainly a talented player. He has not played the last few matches due to injury. But if you are annoyed by his absence, that is right. I am also annoyed with him for not playing in the final.

I agree with you to a large extent. In a high-profile sport like football, the departure of a coach is never based on just one match loss. Of course, there are long-standing problems behind it. During this departure, there was a strained relationship between the coach and the players. It is unfortunate for Xabi Alonso that he cannot manage the important players in the dressing room. The ego of the players and the coach is the main reason for today's situation.

But why is everybody convinced that it is the players who are selfish and refuse to listen to the instructions of Xabi Alonso? Have you guys thought about the fact that maybe he just sucked at his job? Why don't you guys just consider the possibility that the reason Real Madrid couldn't perform well is that the manager doesn't know how to make them play well? Is it because he was very good at Leverkusen? The fact that a manager was good in a small club like Leverkusen doesn't mean he will be good in Real Madrid.

When you look at the way the team play sometimes and how they are set up, you will see that the coach did a lot of things wrong. An example was taking off Vinicius in the Super Cup final. He was the only attacking player who was alive for Madrid, yet he took him off. They would have had a chance to score in the last 10 minutes of that game if Vinicius was on the pitch. Taking him off was a very poor decision. The same mistake he made when he took Velverde off. Rodrygo and Belligham were the players who should have been taken off, but instead he left them on the pitch.
This is just one example, there are many other thing that showed that Xabi Alonso was not ready to be a coach of Real Madrid.
