Mbappe cannot be bigger than a team. Xabi wasn't sacked, he left due to a mutual agreement/understanding between him and Madrid management which was, he should win the Super Cup finals or resign. Xabi Alonso had issues with Valverde, you can see his biased decision in the second half for removing Valverde from the game. Yes,, Xabi seems to have predicted that if he stays at Real Madrid, there will be no significant changes to the team, and it's not because Xabi can't coach, but because Xabi doesn't have good chemistry with the Real Madrid players. Real Madrid coach might not be a lucky dude as his first game as Madrid coach could end in a full 1-1 draw against Albacete in the coppa del rey. Albacete is a lower division team who real Madrid should winning in a large goals margin. It could be seen on the other way round that real Madrid players could also be the problem because why is it so hard for real Madrid players to score Albacete considering the fact that they playing against a lower tier LaLiga 2.
Unbelievable Albacete has a scored a second goal against real Madrid almost to stoppage time. This is a bad start for real Madrid under Alvaro Arbeloa as there might loss to Albacete.

Alonso i don't see him as a bad coach, he actually put his effort into it and still although not excellent he brought some results to Real Madrid.
Maybe the team doesn't fit with Alonso, maybe he's the one who doesn't fit in with the team, but it's clear that the feeling isn't the best.
The relationship between coach and players has two paths, it either works or it doesn't.

But here i can only blame the board and Perez, who decided to sack Xabi Alonso.A lifeless team that is fighting for the league title and also competing in the UCL changes its coach literally in the middle of the season… I have no words. You know one thing about life right, if you have done your best and your employer thinks you are not doing enough and you don't have much to offer again, kindly step aside and watch them do their thing. Real Madrid didn't Draw the match they loss against their opponent, i think this is the worst loss of the day. even though real Madrid didn't play with full squared or maybe with their second eleven they are expected to win this match because they played with underdog team that i don't even know the division they came from. What a big shame for real Madrid for allowing an underdog to defeat them, i would say it is entirely the coach fault. Why didn't he used his full squared instead of second eleven, or is there any important match they are expecting? It's really disappointing that Real Madrid lost to a small club in the La Liga second division when they have all the quality players even from their second team they should have been capable to win Albacete Balompie. This is a huge blow for the club's new coach Álvaro Arbeloa because his first match in charge of the team was welcomed by a lose. I agree that Real Madrid should have kept Xabi Alonso a little longer but even if they had done that it wouldn't have changed much. So sad how Real Madrid is losing out of the some competitions they are supposed to become the Champions, they lost to Barcelona in the Super Copa finals and they are also out of the Copa del Rey. Arbeloa's nightmare has begun .... Facing a small team whose players are largely unknown to most people does not necessarily guarantee that Real Madrid will win, instead, they got defeated. Actually Madrid lost this game by 3 goals, Madrid scored only two goals. Expectations where really high for Madrid and it began to feel like they were going to win without a struggle, but it is was sad and disappointing that they could not comfortably get a victory against a team supposed to be more weak then them.

I couldnt believe this scoreline when I first saw it. I thought it was generated by an AI. Apparently, I did not watch the game because of the AFCON and EFL games going on. After checking my Livescore app, the rumor was true. Real Madrid lost to one of the worst playing side in Spanish football. What a shame for the Real Madrid team. Yeah, the coach really try his own best in all to make the Rea Madrid perform well. But some of the fans  didn’t seeing his efforts that’s why they keeps blaming him if not he all his best as all it can to make they team don’t lefty, we all know that the injury is what affected their performances and bring them down.

The way their performances guess all this while is sign that they couldn’t excepting any trophy this season as their they’ve already weak , the best thing now is for them to and prepare for the next season.
