The manager just got sign into the club, I think he need small time, he’s just starting we can’t expect him to give us the result we want. Real Madrid hasn't seen anything yet, they love giving the players powers which made their Coach to resign in the span of 6 months. I am happy that Xabi left them, they should face the consequences of their actions. I wonder if the Coach they are  going to bring in next will dance to the tone of the players. Its until they start disciplining players before they can see progress. Normally for the past many years now, Madrid always have bad luck whenever they play the Copa del Rey, i think in the span of 2015-2025 , they have only won one Copa del Rey.  Albecete winning them came out as a surprise, but I knew they won't still win the trophy.

Most of the players looked up to him with respect, some of them might not have liked him or followed his instructions. The problem is that most of the players in Real Madrid are experienced and good players. Some of them have a sense of pride, they think they are big stars and they may not have respected the manager. The responsibility of maintaining discipline in the team lies not only with the manager but also with the entire team management.

Albacete actually defended almost all through the game and used counterattacks against Real Madrid tonight. They didn't have a bad game either,same goes for Real Madrid. Realmadrid were just unfortunate to keep up with those counterattacks because they made them spend so much time possessing and trying to break the defense.

What a bad way to start as a manager, got  eliminated from copa del rey in the first game  . I hope he doesn't meet the same fate against Levante.

True. Albacete is a very low tier team, they're literally one spot and one point away from the relegation zone in the second division. They really need a quality coach in the next period. Klopp's name was mentioned, but the German coach rejected it. Xabi was actually the best choice for Real this season and no matter who comes after him , he won't be able to make Real champions or even win a trophy this season because this teams plays for their ego and not for trophies , fans and performance.
