Florentino Perez fully support the manager by signing top players and want to get instant process dominance in La Liga and Champion League match but Madrid has downtrend performance this season.

Real Madrid definitely needs an experienced coach, because if Real Madrid does not perform well at the moment, they will definitely face a lot of pressure in the end. Don't be disappointed by the results of only one match. Real Madrid is a traditional and still one of the strongest clubs. They have players in their team who represent world football. Xabi Alonso was an experienced coach it's true Carlo Ancelotti was even more experienced. He was also fired last year but the team didn't improve as expected.

Mmmm im not so sure about it, i mean what are you gonna do now until the end of the season? In this matter, it may not only be the fault of the Real Madrid coach, but it seems that the Real Madrid management is also at fault. The reason for my comment is that the players did not properly accept the previous coach and the Madrid players did not follow the path shown by the coach. Real Madrid's position today is like this because of some of the Real Madrid players. If the Real Madrid management had taken a tough decision, then maybe it would not be like this. I am happy that Alonso left madrid. He did not get the respect he deserved here. Neither the players nor the management gave him the respect he deserved. The management probably expected more. But Alonso was not given enough time.

I agree with you, the problem isn’t just Xabi Alonso absence, I believe it wasn’t the right decision to sack Ancelotti last season. Xabi Alsono had a successful seasons at Leverkusen, and Real Madrid management believed he would be the best fit for the club, but not at all, they were not satisfied with the results he had at the club. They needs to talk to the players, now that Xabi Alonso has been sacked, the responsibility of the club rely on the players, if they lose, they are the one responsible.

However, I did not feel bad about Xabi Alonso leaving the club, but I am sad for the club because they will have another trophyless season.
