IMO, Real madrid now needs a coach who has the ability and experience to manage star players. Alonso did not have this experience. Despite being talented and smart, he could not manage star players. As a result, several internal problems arose in madrid. As a result, Alonso had to leave Madrid. Madrid's performance will not improve unless the madrid management appoints an experienced coach. At the same time, madrid's chances of winning the la liga title this season are very low. Even if the manager changes, madrid's overall performance will need time to stabilize. Gradually, Madrid's point gap with barcelona will increase. The funniest part to me is that, Real Madrid new coach is not experience as Xabi Alonso, so why not they leave Xabi Alonso pending when they will get the manager that can suit this team, and manage the start players, because this coach they recently appointed won’t last in Real Madrid, because the result they are looking for won’t come from him. Obviously, his experience isn’t good as Xabi Alonso, they need to get in the experience coach, to manage their team. However, as for the La Liga title, seriously as you said with they are going to continue this way they won’t win the title this season, reason is that they change their coach, and we all know the new coach is coming with new strategies, so before the players get use to the new manager it maybe late.

Real Madrid definitely needs an experienced coach, because if Real Madrid does not perform well at the moment, they will definitely face a lot of pressure in the end. Experienced coaches and advanced strategies will make it possible for Real Madrid to move forward, so if this policy is not followed in the Real Madrid team, then Real Madrid may face danger. The most needed thing for Real Madrid to be corrected at the moment, then Real Madrid will be able to perform well.

It's going to be extremely hard to find a coach of that caliber in current world football, how many experienced coaches are still available and ready to work, not that many and it's even close to zero. Football has rapidly changed, it isn't about merely acquiring high profile players like Real Madrid does, it involves more of also having a good coach that can guide this players into becoming the best of themselves on and off the pitch. This Real Madrid dilemma is the one facing most big teams in Europe, just take a look across the recent sacking of coaches in the big leagues and there replacement. Generally, in this situation with Real Madrid, the players are to blame , and only the players. No player can ever be bigger than the club itself. The way Xabi Alonso was treated during the trophy ceremony against Barcelona was, to say the least, shameful.I agree that a coach must have authority, but for Mbappe to call players to go into the dressing room and show no respect toward Barcelona is disgraceful. No matter how big the rivalry is, the opponent must be respected. Xabi Alonso was sacked, but that will only make the situation even worse. All that talent and footballing ability mean nothing for Vinícius and Mbappe if they don’t know how to behave. Just look at PSG since he left , it’s fair to say the situation there has been excellent

Real Madrid's chances of winning the title are around 40%, which is not bad at all. This is a far cry from the race being lost. I don't think the gap between Real Madrid and Barcelona will widen anytime soon. On the contrary, I expect it to start narrowing. Barcelona's winning streak is too long, and any streak ends sooner or later. Barcelona currently have nine wins in a row, but they don't look like a team that should win so consistently. Real Madrid have easy games ahead and should not lose points.

it's unfair to blame Xabi alone for Real Madrid's decline in performance. In fact, since Xabi left, they've lost to second-tier teams, which is incredibly embarrassing.
It may also be too early to judge the performance of Real Madrid's new coach, but if Real Madrid can't improve under the new coach and experience more problems, then it's safe to conclude that the source of the problem isn't the coach, in this case, Xabi.
I have to say, there was a bit of bench players on that game, they did not started with their main squad, while there were players like Vini, there were some bench ones too, even Courtois wasn't playing. On the other hand, we should realize that Arbeola wasn't the manager they thought he was, and losing this one was clear that we are seeing trouble. They need Mbappe back very quickly, in Barcelona game he tried after he got in but that wasn't enough, here he didn't even play as far as I see, he needs to heal and come back because they rely on him a lot to be bale to score. Reality is that Real Madrid needs a proper manager and as long as they do not get one, they are not going to do any better and won't work for them.

I feel Real Madrid has a more intense schedule than Barcelona, am not sure Barcelona will lose this there winning streak in Laliga, because they will be facing Real Sociedad, Oviedo and then Elche but this next three Laliga fixture will be a test to show the solidity of the Real Madrid team under Arbeloa, because they will be facing Levante, Villareal (a major problem) and then Vallecano, so Real Madrid has alot to prove before we can start to once again add them to the tittle contenders this season.

Barcelona also has an intense schedule, Real sociedad and Elche are very good against top placed teams like Real Madrid and Barcelona the only easy schedule that Barcelona has is Oviedo and they will win that with ease but even though Barcelona has an intense schedule I still think that they will win Real sociedad and Elche. Real Madrid will also win their next three games, the team will want to save their face from disgrace.

The calibre of coaches that fits into the category that you just described are still available but are only few, the likes of Pep Guardiola, Jürgen Klopp, Carlo Ancelotti, Zinedine Zidane and a few of them. I am assuming it would be difficult for these coaches to allow what is going on at Real Madrid to ever occur, one of the ways to tell if a coach is truly experienced is his ability to be in control of the dressing room.

Real Madrid just need a good manager they have the players they are struggling because the managers they have got has not identified the problem of the team which is the only way a solution can be brought into the team. They are looking like they won't be winning any trophy this season again with the way they keep losing games in different competition. The champions League the the league title is the only trophy left for Real Madrid if the new coach can help them they still have the chance of winning the league ahead of Barcelona that's if Barcelona drop points along the way.

Yes, that's something Real Madrid must go through today. They lost the Supercoppa trophy and their coach, and it seems the Copa del Rey will be the same. It's assumed that Real Madrid won't be able to win any trophies this season. Given the current situation, Real Madrid should be more aware of their situation if they want to improve and not prioritize ego.
Real Madrid is doing very bad, and that is why most people have lost confidence in real Madrid, and now when Real Madrid won't win any trophy and how they lost the super cup and they are just careless about everything. And even as they have gotten a new coach I don't think anything will change because, and it is not as if they are not aware of there situation, they need to work together with there new coach for things to be better actually. And they don't even have any ego to protect for someone that is struggling. And there is nothing different that will happen this season again till like next season. Levante isn't the favorite team, but Madrid makes us doubt who can win this match. Hopefully, it will go according to plan. But is anyone brave enough to bet on Madrid? Including the meeting with the team you mentioned, we can't yet see the clear chances, considering the need for adaptation and testing in the near term.
Levant can decide to win but am sure that real Madrid that real Madrid is the favorite to win, and if they don't win then there situation have become worst but am very sure that Madrid should be able to win and does that are placing there bet on real madrid I don't think there is anything wrong with trusting real Madrid. And I don't think they will disappoint at this time. And by now I think they should have adopted and give us a good performance against Levant and I know it's going to be a good game actually.

They were recently eliminated from the cup, which nobody expected. Now they can focus entirely on the league and the Champions League. Compared to Barcelona's quality, we can see that Real Madrid has been struggling this year. Hopefully, things will improve after the change of manager. Seriously, recently, Real Madrid performances have been really bad. They need to quickly find solutions,if not, there will be nothing for them this season. As Real Madrid lost to Barcelona, I didn’t expect them to still lose their last match played, especially being defeated by a not well-recognized team like that. That shows that Real Madrid is really struggling. Even in this ongoing La Liga and Champions League, I am not sure they will really play well in these two competitions that remain for them. As for La Liga, Barcelona have occupied the first spot, and I don’t think they will mess up and give the opportunity to Real Madrid. In fact, even if Barcelona later mess up, Real Madrid may not even seize the opportunity.and for the Champions League this season, I don’t have hope for Real Madrid winning it because there are better teams in the competition. But let just see what will happen.

This season has a worse level of severity if the current situation is not resolved within Real Madrid, looking at the results of the match against Albacete it was really sad in my opinion, I don't think that they were generous enough to do that on purpose but it's all true that they lost 3-2, this is a bad sign for the big team because it was abandoned by its coach and also had problems with its players, maybe the management also had problems, therefore something like this could happen to Madrid.
Big mistakes always have consequences of this, after lost in Super Cup final, management sacked Xabi Alonso even they can give few weeks because now it's crucial time and this can bring instability in team with things can be going from bad to worse, but they have done and now having to face results like this, now they are heading for Levante at Bernabéu, hopefully this will bring some positive results. They are having 4 points difference in La Liga with good spot in Champions league means still all is under their control, but they need to be having some change in dressing room which is the biggest problem right now and bringing chaos in team and their performance next few days are going to be important after Levante, they are going to host Monaco then visiting to Villarreal and Benfica. When your best players are reportedly staging mini-revolts and your star forward's asking to be subbed off while you're chasing a goal because he's "tired"... These guys think that they are bigger than the shirt. And maybe they are? Vinicius has just tied with Ronaldo in finals, so he's not wrong to feel untouchable. But this is the problem, indeed. Nobody's ready to suffer for the collective nowadays. Albacete. Let that sink in. A team who were literally one point from going down to Spain's third division knocked them out. In the fog. With some 32yo journeyman who's played for 22 different clubs scoring the winner in stoppage time. You can't write that script, and not have the universe laugh in your face. And betting on them today? The odds are 88% Madrid wins but my gut is saying don't. Levante's horrible. 19th place, bleeding goals; But Madrid's conceding three per game right now whether they dominate possession or not. Doesn't matter. Every mistake is fatal given the lack of structure catching the fall. I'm not brave enough. Not even close.

The problem is that it comes back to Madrid's performance in the end whether with the new coaching now they are capable enough to still be able to compete because regardless of how the quality of the players but when their performance does not really signal a good thing even if Barcelona later the chain of positive performance is interrupted it will not be enough to make them push up when Madrid's performance is stagnant and cannot develop. We do not need to be naive that currently Madrid is in a state of transition and 2 defeats in 2 different competitions before indeed on the one hand this is a good elimination so that Madrid can focus more on other competitions that can still be followed but defeat with the transition of a new coach can also make the situation uncomfortable because it could disrupt the chemistry between the new coach and the players that have an impact on performance.

Who here bets and watches the Espanyol vs Girona match? I hope anyone will be careful betting on this match or better avoid betting 1x2.
There was something strange in that match when Girona had the opportunity to take a penalty kick and Vladyslav was the player who took the penalty kick. But very strangely, Marko Dmitrovic, the Espanyol goalkeeper approached Vladyslav and said something after which they both shook hands. As a result, Vladyslav's penalty kick failed. After that the referee noticed the incident and the penalty kick had to be restarted after which Vladyslav managed to score.
So what do you think? Was there any manipulation in the match?

Real Madrid's squad depth can essentially help any coach make his team play well, but if these players don't know how to respect their coach, then anything will be difficult to achieve together. I don't know who will be Real Madrid's next manager, but currently, Álvaro Arbeloa is in charge on an interim basis. His performance in the Copa del Rey has made fans doubtful about keeping him as manager, so I don't think he'll be any different than Xabi Alonso. The egos of Real Madrid's star players are very big, they will not easily obey an ordinary coach in my opinion, that is a big obstacle which has become the reason why the team's overall performance is disturbed. But whatever it is, this is a condition that will benefit Barcelona, of course because I think Barcelona will not face too much competition in domestic competitions.

IMO, Real madrid now needs a coach who has the ability and experience to manage star players. Alonso did not have this experience. Despite being talented and smart, he could not manage star players.
What else do you guys even want? Xabi actually did a great job getting the team back on its feet. Last I checked, Ancelotti won so many trophies with this same squad, but all of a sudden he couldn’t for one season and then he got sacked. Xabi picked them up and gave them something reasonable from where Ancelotti left them..24 wins and 4 draws out of 34 games doesn’t really look that bad. I’m sure if he had won the Copa de Espana you guys would be hailing him as a good coach by now , but unfortunately the better coach won. Let’s just agree that Madrid is very impatient, and that could cost them for the rest of the season.

Real madrid is a hug club and they always need victory so no mistakes that makes madrid lose form definitely they will blame the coach because is the one that is taking care of the club and any loses they will definitely take actions because madrid is not a small club that can be loses trophies back to back. Madrid finish lasts season without a single trophies and now this season as started going to and ends and they have not win any title and they have lost two trophies always this season and you're saying they shouldn't sack the coaches. If madrid are losing games many fan are feeling discourage and with all the trophy that they used to work they will start talking about it that they cheated that is why they get many of the ucl trophies so the clubs really need to be showing courage.

This is what sometimes becomes a little difficult to accept even though some of the decisions made by Madrid are quite risky because this kind of haste will make them forget the important factor that chemistry and cooperation cannot be formed quickly and immediately produce a positive impact considering the need for adaptation and Madrid seems to ignore this. At the moment the position of the coach is disrupted and this could make their performance even more difficult especially with a few points behind Barcelona now and their performance is still uncertain in which direction at this time it is definitely a risk. Although they are currently the club that can make miracles happen, in the end there is still a lot of work to be done due to sudden decisions like this.

Considering the trouble was with Xabi is not something even Real Madrid fans think, they know that the team is in trouble. There is a very valid possibility that they would become like United, because having money doesn't guarantee success. United spent something like 250 million this summer, and yet look how terrible they are.
If a team is managed badly, spending money doesn't change anything and yes Real isn't at United level today, but if they do keep up for another 3-4 years like this, without a title, then they may become like that. In order to avoid that, they have to get some strong manager, I hear rumours of Mourinho coming back, if that does happen then they are definitely screwed and will fail for sure.
