The funniest part to me is that, Real Madrid new coach is not experience as Xabi Alonso, so why not they leave Xabi Alonso pending when they will get the manager that can suit this team, and manage the start players, because this coach they recently appointed won’t last in Real Madrid, because the result they are looking for won’t come from him.

Sometimes football can be crazy and so things are not as easy as we see it so you can't blame the team for their actions. It's easy to take action on a coach when things are not going well that way they can't be blamed for taking such actions but leaving a coach in charge even when he is not improving affects the team even more and it might make the decision to sack harder when the coach starts performing better wouldn't look good to sack a coach that's doing well. Some news are saying Alonso got sacked while some says he had to resign but I believe it was a good decision to part ways because it was clear enough that Xabi Alonso was not a good relationship with some of the players so there is no way things are going to work even if he stays.

I think the Arbeloa was merely brought in to act temporarily until they find a coach capable of handling the team. Arbeloa was a surprise, but I believe they will soon do the needful and get someone more capable. As for the title I think Real Madrid won't be able to challenge anymore, they are already lagging behind and will be difficult to challenge in form Barcelona now so they should just focus on other competition and prepare for next season league title.

Last I checked, Ancelotti won so many trophies with this same squad, but all of a sudden he couldn’t for one season and then he got sacked. Xabi picked them up and gave them something reasonable from where Ancelotti left them..24 wins and 4 draws out of 34 games doesn’t really look that bad. I’m sure if he had won the Copa de Espana you guys would be hailing him as a good coach by now , but unfortunately the better coach won.

Let’s just agree that Madrid is very impatient, and that could cost them for the rest of the season.

Real madrid is a hug club and they always need victory so no mistakes that makes madrid lose form definitely they will blame the coach because is the one that is taking care of the club and any loses they will definitely take actions because madrid is not  a small club that can be loses trophies back to back. Madrid finish lasts season without a single trophies and now this season as started going to and ends and they have not win any title and they have lost two trophies always this season and you're saying they shouldn't sack the coaches. In my opinion, it would be better to keep Alonso if he is only replaced by a coach who has less experience than Alonso, because coaching Real Madrid requires a coach with a lot of experience. I think Xabi Alonso was too stubborn, he didn't have a great relationship with some players and he was standing behind his ideas and methods. Was he right? Madrid's chances of winning the title this season are very low. The relationship  between the players in the squad is not good.
