In the early minutes of the second half Villarreal still seemed to have not gathered their focus to continue the match which made this a punishment with 1 goal that Mbappe got in this match.

Difficult moments happen to everyone and clearly this is a temporary thing, now they have to stay on top of things and try to stay focused, dealing with it is always something that is not within everyone's reach but if there is an attitude to suffering they will be able to overcome this too.

I wasn’t in doubt that the league goal scorer is actually going to be scoring again tonight against the yellow submarine’s seriously Madrid have shown an impressive display so far in this game but with a lone goal it’s a bit tricky because Villarreal are known to be one team that can hurt any time so a second might be crucial for them.

I don’t know if it is me but I have noticed that Arbeloa is actually trying to build a good relationship on the pitch between Vinicius and Mbappe and seriously if he gets this two together it will be seriously terrifying for defenders to contain both of them. Not only you man, as this is something that I expected Real Madrid to win, as from when they played Monaco in that way despite the fact that they played that game with all their might and they look exhausted. But still at the end of the 90th minute, Real Madrid got the win against Villarreal, and this was a win that they needed. Although the win was not that of a masterclass, but at least the 3 points is more important than any other thing. It ended with a clean sheet that favours Real Madrid.
Now it is up to Barcelona to also get their 3 points from Oviedo, and definitely they will get it.
