I wasn’t in doubt that the league goal scorer is actually going to be scoring again tonight against the yellow submarine’s seriously Madrid have shown an impressive display so far in this game but with a lone goal it’s a bit tricky because Villarreal are known to be one team that can hurt any time so a second might be crucial for them.

Mbappe is good, Villarreal improved from their very bad performances late season and in this match they really struggled with great confidence to keep up with Real Madrid but unfortunately the God of soccer was against them and a very impressive and confident Madrid beat them with two goals, all coming from the goal machine Mbappe. Arbeloa has claimed a positive result again. It's very evident that the boys like him and want to play for him.

This is how it is, when a coach that knows what he is doing, handle a club, every of the team players will play to their best to make sure they win matches for the club, and be in the coach good list. That was a brilliant performance from Atletico Madrid, although they’re supposed to win but they played really well  and they secure the three points with two goal and an own goal from David Lopez making it three to none. Sorloth  had four shots in this match with three on target and he also scored a goal..that’s an impressive performance.

It’s a very big word or phrase you used here “Very Strong”…. How many times have you said that this season about Madrid and how many times have you said otherwise. Madrid and a Barcelona have not been very consistent or convincingly enough to say they’re very strong in the league… it’s just that they’re the Usual suspects in the league which seems like their birthright. But it’s too early to start saying Madrid are very strong now.
Barcelona are still league leaders even if it’s by one point it’s still a difference.

I'm not supporting any team to win this race because I have seen mistakes from both teams. Barcelona looks good on the inside but if you watch today match closely, Ansi Flick is still making baby mistakes that he could have avoided. How many times does he has to be told that Raphina and Cancelo is not working, he don't need to start those two together. They play the first half together, I was expecting him to change Cancelo and put Balde but instead he removed Cancelo and Raphina when the guy scored a goal. That's a very bad move, these mistakes are occurring all the time.

The pattern carried out by Arbeloa in terms of approach is slightly different from Xabi because when in the game scheme even though it looks the same but Xabi's application seems rigid and always applies the same pattern according to the structure he believes in but for Arbeloa he gives more freedom to the players and it is a little evident with some details such as a slightly reduced back pass and build up attacks which, although the tempo is not fast but more directed.

Real Madrid are not yet that strong, although they are getting back on their feet after the exit of Xabi Alonso. Still, we need to see their performance for a while before we can fully have hope in them to regain their top spot from Barcelona again. No no, i see know reason comparing atletico Madrid to both real Madrid and Barcelona even as both are facing difficulties leading the way they normally do, atletico Madrid do had and impressive game by winning Mallorca with an replyable 3 goals in today's game but not enough to put them above. Real Madrid have been going down since the time of xabi Alonso till now but just managed to win Villarreal in there game yesterday, but i can't see them go far from becoming the king of la liga at the end because they know exactly how to make things work even in situations like this. As for that of Barcelona, there case is different but are still at the forefront of victory

Real Madrid as a club need to focus on themselves and concentrate on making sure to win their games not Minding the result of Barcelona Because if they can consistently win their games from now on to the end of the season, there's a very high chance that they will be able to win the league because Barcelona's performance is also as inconsistent as theirs. If they make the mistake of focusing on the result of Barcelona, they may lose focus on your own end and be the ones to drop points themselves. They just need to maintain pressure on Barcelona at this point Following them and ensuring that the gap point difference between the two of them is not so much.

Honestly until March, Barcelona's games are against weaker teams and I don't think they will miss a lot of points against them. Later they will face Villarreal, Athletic Bilbao so we might expect something negative there.
Otherwise, Real Madrid is very unpredictable and rarely exceeding more than two goals difference which makes them vulnerable to a late goal and a game changer. I don't know but I still think that Barcelona could hold a bit more their first position.

I highly doubt that many people expected to see a good performance from the new coach after he lost and was eliminated from the cup. I myself thought Real Madrid would lose all their next games and even lost hope of seeing them fighting for the title.

But today I see that I was wrong. The new coach is managing to get the team to play very well, have good ball control, and dominate the game. Now I even look forward to watching Real Madrid's games.

What is happening in La Liga this season ought to be happening every season not just between Real Madrid and Barcelona but other teams needs to be involved so that the league doesn't become boring because it can be easily predictable even before it ends but the way it is now everyone knows that it will be won by Real Madrid or Barcelona there should be more competition among the teams so that until the last two or three matches no team will be seen as the favourite to win the competition or the league that season. For Barcelona this season to win the league they need more than a point cause right now any little mistake they make will see them losing the position and Real Madrid taking over again.
