There was a rumor that he was going to leave before the season started but later we heard nothing again after a while only to see the news from Fabrizio Romano about his new contract eligible for 1 year with the team. I don't know what gave the club some comfidence to give him a second chance to ride the club he has almost coach for 2 decade, the club need to let him go so everyone can leave in peace and the club can be in better place with Madrid and Barcelona.

If the way he has even try over the years and was able to put the team in good place even though they couldn't get close to Real Madrid and Barcelona, a better manager can change that and make it work. If only we can do this one the whole of Spain, we need to break the monopoly of the Spanish league trophy been shared between Real Madrid and Barcelona, we need to eradicate this farming and this family football that is been repeated every year.

You are right, I agree, to achieve something new, you have to start in a new way, relying on a strong base. But that new strategy requires new people. And about Simeone, I will say that he is the best coach in Atletico's history, there is no doubt about it. His achievements are not small, especially winning La Liga and reaching the Champions League final twice but not achieve Champions League trophy and breaking the dominance of Barca-Real, these are not small achievements. This is basically a strong and powerful standard created by Simeone.

But even then, innovation needs to be brought to the game of football now, but he is not able to do it. His idea of football has not changed much for many years. Yeah obviously Barcelona always have done the job very brilliantly wether it in a big matches or an ordinary tussl. They always run in a consistent way like from the beginning until now, they have been delivering such awesome performance although they has happened so many injuries but still they are maintain their performance level as well as try to maintain the point difference.....

Besides that if we talked about the league standings then definitely Real Madrid is the nearest team behind Barcelona and also their point gap with them are not too big. One little mistakes can cause a concern from them. But stats and figure show us that Barcelona is looking bit heavier. So I think they will be the winner.

Diego.S has been the longest serving coach of ATM and when we start checking out all he has achieved and how consistent he has been with those titles he won with the club I don't think he's doing well on that part. Sometimes he doesn't go far in the champions league and the league title he sometimes finish 3rd or 4th, just few times we see them finish 2nd so with this same style every season the management still see him as the right one for the job, correct me if I'm wrong, Simone is the oldest manager in the whole of La Liga but they find it hard to play an attacking football or something different. Is going to be hard to let Diego Simone go which has been made clear that no matter what the board love what he's doing.

I'm surprised to read that you actually want Diego Simeone to leave Atletico Madrid and your reason of stating such is that you don't see them staying fresh enough to challenge for trophies in a few seasons from now. Should the Argentine decides to leave the club, do you think Atletico Madrid management will be able to get a replacement that can be able to manage the yearly budgets of the club and still be able to comfortably keep them in the top three of the league almost every season? Now talking about the team wearing out, I don't that's that's possible under Simeone. Atletico are making good signings in recent times just like the most recent where they signed Nigerian winger Ademola Lookman from Atalanta. He's the best man for the job at the moment and until he decides to leave, the club will always back him to stay.

The Atletico Madrid manager reminds me of Arsene Wenger of the past when he managed Arsenal. They always look like the best fit for their respective team, always finding was to keep the team afloat, not being very competitive towards winning the trophy but just about good enough to meet up certain goals like qualifying for at least one international leagues and that’s it, a true business team.
Atletico Madrid though have always found ways to shore many goals in a fixture which hasn’t being their style.

We have to wait and see if he will not be able to keep up with them in this great form. He needs to prove to everyone that he can manage this team best and until now, he’s still proven that he’s the best and always gets to finish the league in a very good position. In my opinion, Simeone is not forcing himself because he became the coach of Atlético Madrid due to the wishes of Atlético Madrid. I think it is reasonable for him to be retained because he has contributed a lot to Atlético Madrid.
