Real Madrid played match against Rayo Vallecano football team as their performance was good in this match. Real Madrid team performance was at top because they did 2 goals in this match and Júnior was a person who did first goal of the match and he did this goal at 15 minutes and gave good start to his team and Mbappé performance was good in this match and he did this goal at 100 minutes and that goal was at penalty and shots of that team were more in number and these were 17 and 6 shots were on target and possession percentage of that team was 57 percent in this match and opponent team stats was not good in this match. Their defense system was more strong in this match and they won this match at the end easily

In my own view, Real Madrid is still struggling. They had to depend on a controversial penalty to win that match. They would have lost that game because it was clear that they were not at their best. A Real Madrid squad that was in its best form would have won that game convincingly. Anyway, it is good to see Vinicius Junior score that spectacular goal. He had experienced a goal doubt for some time now; the goal will motivate him to come back to his past form.

Kudos to Madrid defenders, but Jorge de Frutos's goal was due to the slackness of Real defenders. The Rayo Vallecano winger ran at the front of the defenders before sloting the ball unmarked.     

Yes, that's right. Real Madrid still seems to be struggling against Rayo Vallecano lately, where they won only because of a penalty goal in the final minutes before the match ended. Real Madrid actually controlled the game by dominating ball possession in the first half and even in the second half. But they failed to convert many chances into goals. Only Vini's beautiful curling shot contributed to Madrid's first goal. Around the 68th minute Kylian Mbappe almost scored a beautiful solo run. He managed to outwit the Rayo Vallecano goalkeeper who tried to stop him. But Mbappe failed to produce what would have been a very beautiful goal. I personally think that Real Madrid played very well in this match. They just need more practice to be able to take advantage of good scoring opportunities. I hope Real Madrid can always be consistent in winning so that they don't fall behind their rivals who are currently at the top of the standings.

Defense has been a serious problem for Barcelona since the start of the season, and Flick hasn't found a suitable solution to address it. Perhaps Barca is experiencing a lack of reliable defenders, or perhaps it's due to Flick's strategy of implementing a very rigid defensive rhythm. You are imagining things too much lol 🤣, you think if Real Madrid should recover now that they will be leading Barcelona with 10 points difference? hell no!! That's way too much the highest we can see if they actually recover will be from the range of 4-5 points difference if it will get to that self. Barcelona form last season was really incredible and it was a form I have not seen them for years now but they couldn't win champions league last season even with the form and this season they are just managing.

It will take injuries for Barcelona to lose their rhythm, Real Madrid won’t win the la liga except the la liga referees start to make it obvious who they are supporting.
The last Madrid match was bad officiating and Real Madrid should not have won, they have more than expected extra time and a penalty that was not a right.

Last night,, Barcelona won their match against Albacete in the Copa del Rey competition with a score of 1-2, and with this victory, Barcelona qualified for the semifinals of this competition. I don't think Barcelona will experience significant difficulties in the semifinals either, because currently the teams that might enter the semifinals are clearly not strong teams. Perhaps only Atletico Madrid will be the strongest opponent in the semifinals if they meet Barcelona.

So with that,, I believe Barcelona can become champions in this competition. I know Barcelona will never forget what they experienced from that game, because people thought Barcelona will not struggle to beat Albacete but the way Albacete gather some strength to hold Barcelona, many people thought the game will end up in a draw game 1:1 but Barcelona employed some strategies that make them to secured victory.

Base on what I experienced from the game, I guess Barcelona will not going to experience the difficult game like the one they experienced from Albacete but they did not give up than to make sure they embraced victory at the end.

Not to discredit Albacete but if you watched that game you’ll see that Barcelona had a lot of missed chances but near and clear cut chances, the elite finishing of Raphinha was lacking in that game and it could have been a draw as Albacete also played well but if Barcelona utilised their opportunities their performances wouldn’t have been that much noticed.
Hansi Flick is really been patient with his strikers, he really needs a hungry clinical finisher in that position, a lot of chances created by Lamine Yamal yesterday but none was utilised

Real Madrid has kept their performance stable. But this team is not in a good condition. Their performance has become relatively  weak now. Anyway, it is a relief for madrid fans that madrid is not losing points. Another important thing is that if madrid somehow gets eliminated from the champions league, they will give their full effort to win the la liga title. And if this  happens, it will be very difficult for Barcelona to win the La Liga title. The difference in points between the two teams is only 1 . Also, Barcelona has a very busy schedule. You guys always find ways to undermine Barcelona when they're doing better than Madrid by saying stuff like "this is the worst Madrid in history". Saying this after the whole world laughed at Barcelona after Madrid signed Mbappe and said Barcelona will not win the league for another 5 years is funny. Some newspapers, like The Athletic, even published an article on how Barcelona will be bankrupt soon and will cease to exist. Yet somehow, people are now saying this is the worst Madrid in history simply because Barcelona are doing better than them.

Put things into perspective. Barcelona were in very bad form recently. They've also had a hard to deal with injuries of players like Raphinha, Pedri, Lamine Yamal, Olmo, Fermin, and Joan Garcia. Then there is also the fact that they have a very thin squad. They have Ferran, who shouldn't even be a Barcelona player as their starting striker. Cubarsi, who just turned 19, is their best CB. Gerald Martin and Eric Garcia are important players for them.
Because of the league's restrictions, they've not been able to sign players, and even the ones they signed, the league fought them hard not to register.
I'm not even going to talk about how Madrid gets clutch penalties almost every game.

A difference of over 10 points looks to be something kinda very impossible to happen now. Both teams have been playing great and the one point difference between them shows how intense the game is for both teams to try and prevail in this games and have an advantage over the other. The Barcelona team we are seeing now is very different from the past ones, I’ll say they’ve improved so well and I give them their flowers. Real Madrid looks to be struggling but I don’t still them more or too less to Barcelona when compared to each other.

I think this is a very delicate moment and in the league currently nothing can be done if you play all the games and always win them, that's what they both want to do and I understand that the pressure and the desire to do well is extreme, Barcelona can do much better than Real Madrid but we are always talking about a team that is very strong and that can always do better than this and give problems from one moment to the next.

I think most people are spoiled by what El Clásico used to be when it was Messi against Ronaldo. A rivalry on that level is not going to happen again anytime soon I think. These days there have been a couple of El Clásico games that were quite emotional, but everyone who remembers how crazy those games were back in the days, knows that it is not even close nowadays.

Legendary players like Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi don't appear too often and it is very slim chance to have two players like them in a same generation especially playing for two opposite biggest clubs in a same domestic league. Their dual competition with each other in more than a decade is very classic and will less likely be repeated by any dual super star players in the future.

Barcelona now have Yamal and Real Madrid have Mbappe but Yamal is not too goal productive even he has great impacts on Barcelona. Only Mbappe in Real Madrid is goal productive similarly to how Messi and Ronaldo did in their primes about 5 to 10 years ago. Both big clubs will continue competing directly with each other but Yamal and Mbappe will not make a new dual individual competition like Messi vs Ronaldo.

Copa del Rey is over for Real Madrid and there will be one more El Clásico in La Liga, which I think could be quite interesting as there is still the La Liga title at stake for both teams and it is only 1 point separating them. That will be an important game and in the UCL it needs some luck for those both teams to face each other.

The El Clásico in La Liga will be a greatest opportunity for Real Madrid to not only beat Barcelona in a single match but also to take over a first position from Barcelona and even win La Liga title against this competitor too.

They must improve as best as possible in the meantime as their best preparation for that El Clásico, which is almost title-decisive match for them.

Yamal and Mbappe yes, but I would still argue that the combination of Messi vs. Ronaldo was by far on a different level. Mbappe is a great player and so is Yamal, but Mess and Ronaldo had the ability to fire up the entire stadium on their own with just one action.

First and foremost Messi who drove the opponents crazy with his iconic dribblings and when they tried to stop him, they usually had to tackle him so hard that the stadium exploded right in that second when the tackle happened.

But thinking back, it was not only about these two players. I think it were the two teams that couldn't have a bigger rivalry. Players like Ramos and Pepe on one side and Iniesta and Puyol and others on the other side. There was so much character on the field that clashes were inevtitable. Nobody wanted to pull back even one step.

The point difference is only 1, so the competition will continue at full speed. Atletico have fallen behind, but they can close the gap if Barca and Real both slip up. We've seen this many times in the past.
I think Barca's biggest advantage right now is that they can score much more easily. Their average of 2.73 goals per match already shows this. While Real barely win many matches by a one goal margin, Barca play more comfortable games. In the second half of the season, Real will go to Camp Nou, which is an advantage for Barca. Real will also have to play 2 extra Champions League matches in a busy February schedule. I wouldn't be surprised if the gap widens a bit during this period.
