This is one the reasons why I don't usually rate Athletico de Madrid in the title, for the past 10 years they have been able to win only 1 league title whilst the rest are 3rd position. You are right Athletico de Madrid have been spending a lot , they have spent more money than Barcelona has spent in last 2 seasons yet Barcelona is still winning titles. I feel they need a new coach with different tactical approach, Diego Simeone tactics isn't really working unlike before.
