I thought ok maybe he was injured and I checked their injury list, he was still not there and it dawned on me that one reason why his not here might be because of the champions league match Real Madrid has against Benfica in mid week, that's the only sensible reason that came to my head as to why his not part of the team for this game today against Real Sociedad.

This is the type of performance that we are always expecting from real Madrid because they have the squad to always deliver, so much money has been spent on Madrid when it comes to signing of players but they have been average for a long time now.
