 Barcelona Leading by a point means nothing as far as football is concerned. And going by the present situation of the laliga we're there is a tough opposition from Madrid, leading by a point means that any drop in point will change the standing on the table. It's a nice one that Barcelona won today convincingly as they were superb with the way that they performed today. This is the way to go about it because the point gap is close this means that Barcelona has to put up this types of results week in and out because any drop in form madrid will over take Barcelona.


The league is getting to a point were all points will count because, the league is getting to a decisive stage were the title is at stake. This season it not clear which team that will win the league title because of how close the points gap is on the table.

I wish they can just be consistent until the end of the season but I don't think that is going to be possible because Barcelona are currently unstable, I'm very sure it's going to be a matter of time before real Madrid takes their spot again. They had a good win today, Levante isn't up to their level and I wasn't expecting them to give Barcelona a tough time coupled with the fact that they had home advantage.

After losing to Girona, this match was an opportunity for Barcelona to recover their previous points, and it was exactly what we expected. Even though I expected Barcelona to score more, they didn't do that, but we can already see them back at the top of the La Liga points table.

However, it is not yet clear whether they will be able to maintain their number one position in the points table because we can also see Real Madrid performing well..

I agree with the point that Barcelona ought to score lots of goal in today's match, it felt like they were focusing too much on the defense rather than attacks, but Levante is not a good enough team to perfectly test Barcelona's defense to see whether they are ready for other big teams like ATM.

But one thing I don't agree with you is that Real Madrid will take the lead, which I feel is likely impossible, Real Madrid Isn't as exceptional as stats will show, critically watching there match will show lots of problems that needs fixing and Osasuna's match showed just that.

Today was a great day for us Barca fan wasn't it?  

It was a great Hatewatch and Then a banger from our team. Honestly a great weekend to be a Culer! After a few shaky outcomes in the last few games we finally delivered and it was at the right time, seeing the boys dismantle 3-0 was really satisfying to watch. Marc Bernals goal was clinical and Fermin's goal was just the cherry on top. The difference isn't huge but still Barca is Ahead. The game was Great but I might have to say 50% happiness came from Madrid losing. Well it's football and these two have made Laliga and overall Football beautiful. Their rivalry is the just the perfect thing, one day one is at the top another day the second, Overall Madrid is going with great season but Barca is Ahead. I'm just Waiting for the Elcalsico, it's gonna be interesting.

What a season this is man!

First Real Madrid lost against Osasuna by a really poor defending and not the best attacking... Osasuna were also unbeaten for many weeks I know but you are Real Madrid. This isn't the kind of a match you can lose.  

Today Barcelona benefited from it very nicely! 3-0 win by a dominant performance as it should be. Now they again the leader! But as long as that point gap stays at 1 the lead could continue changing hands anytime.

I feel ridiculous here because previously I thought Osasuna were just lucky to get a penalty in the first half, then the second half went on and Vini avenged the deficit, the score was 1-1, but what made me even more disappointed was that in the final minute they were stolen, really weak defense, this match also had Mbappe's goal disallowed because it was off side, it's a shame, in the 90th minute I liked how Raul Garcia played calmly when dealing with Courtois and the players guarding him, with his composure. That's why he added a goal for Osasuna, even though I was a bit disappointed, it was an exciting match, and FYI Elche was able to hold a draw with Osasuna the previous week but not Real Madrid.

Barcelona managed to return to the top thanks to that victory and it looks like they will be arrogant again.

Oh my Happiness is that Madrid’s reign as leaders only lasted days, wasn’t upto a week and now the true leaders are back. We have to focus on our other remaining games, there’s no room for errors on our side, we should find a way to do away with the high line cos that’s where teams with fast paced attackers punish us.
One point gap is not enough, the winner of the upcoming El Classico will be the winner of season’s title. Kylian Mbappe can go with the pichichi but we’ll own the league.

Laliga is interesting competition to watch more then Bundesliga and is only EPl I can probably says is tough competition no clubs will gree for each other in the competition, but Barcelona and Real Madrid that you're saying they are the clubs that always dominate the league is only epl that perform better and you can see tough matches, why did real madrid always dominate the ucl and challenge all the tough epl club and still defeat them and win the ucl trophy.

Exactly, even though the La Liga is dominated only by Barcelona and Real Madrid for several years now, it is still more competitive than the German Bundesliga and the Ligue 1 that are dominated by only one team for several years. The competition in the La Liga is still very much more appealing and entertaining than those in the other leagues I mentioned earlier, I see them all going to  just be a one sided competition without thrilling moments for the title fight. Barcelona has taken over the top table once again, but the fight for the top table is not yet over, we shall get to see if Real Madrid will maintain the top side again and not just be a view once case like they did now.

Once Barca scored early, it wasn't hard to win. Levante had some chances until the second goal but Joan Garcia made some good saves. After the lead went up to 2, Levante completely lost their resistance. Barca got a clear win today. Cancelo played really well.

The inconsistency from them both is indeed baffling, so far it seems Real Madrid could even go trophyless this season.

The same occurred last week with Girona defeating Barcelona and Real Madrid benefiting from the lose. Barcelona winning the league could solve most of their financial issues on going so I'm rooting for them to win it. Real Madrid seemed like they couldn't under Xabi Alonso but they seemed direct with a new manager in charge. They better bring in Jurgen Klopp for longer term reasons.
