Barcelona is at the top again, leading with just 1 point ahead of Real Madrid, seriously I don’t really need to say much about Barcelona but deep down my favourite club to win this title this season is Barcelona, given that we can’t really say much because they will need to continue winning match to secure their top position and give Real Madrid more gaps on the table.

let’s see what Barcelona will in the next match. They must keep their winning streak and consistency, to make this title of a thing workout this season.

Villarreal are one of the respectable teams in this season. There is a good progress in their performance when we compare it to the one in last season. However I don't think this will be a match to get points for them...

Barcelona beat them before by 2-0 away. Villarreal got a red card of course which was also a help. But at Camp Nou I don't think Barcelona will make a mistake. 12/12 at home so far in the La Liga which is very impressive!

I am happy that xabi alonso is leaving madrid. He did not get enough respect from the players and the management. Well, the question is: what do we know about Arbeloa? Since 2020 he managed several Real Madrid youth teams with very good results (especially in 2022-23 season, he won everything with the Under 19), then he was promoted to manage Real Madrid Castilla during summer 2025 and just 6 months later he found himself as coach of the first team. Basically he has no experience managing real players, only young ones, and I'm not sure you can just keep using the same strategies and tactics. You are probably right that Madrid's performance in the previous match was a bit weak because of the  full effort they gave against Benfica's match. And they lost against Osasuna. But teams like real madrid usually fight for the treble. They are interested in winning both the champions league and la liga. It is very important for  them to continue to perform well. If their performance in la liga is weak because of the champions league match , and they lose points , then it is not possible for them to win the La liga title.

The only problem here is that Manchester City doesn't want to sell Haaland. Also, the player is happy in England, and it's uncertain whether he'll come to Real Madrid. I do not agree that  the reason why Real madrid lost in la liga is because they focused on the champions league. Real madrid is not  a mediocre team. They are still the best club in europe. They have a very strong squad. At the same time, it is also true that real madrid is fighting for the title in both la liga and the champions league. So they have to focus on both platforms.

The match against Osasuna was also very important for real madrid. They lost the top spot in the table due to this match. Relying solely on Mbappe won't achieve anything, Arbeloa needs to realize that.
