When I saw the result I know it is not new because this is not the first time that real Madrid have lost to smaller clubs and they are always full of negative surprises because how do they want to even manage everything and Barcelona are better than real Madrid now even in term of situation control because they should be able to win but maybe they underestimated getafe and they are gradually losing there chance of winning and even from the beginning Barcelona was given more trust than real Madrid.

Real Madrid's performance in this match was absolutely terrible, no one imagined that they would play like this on their home field. Currently, Real Madrid is four points behind Barcelona in the La Liga points table, so it will not be easy for them. Such a loss against a normal team like Getafe has made them face shame. Real Madrid surprise me once again in less than 3 weeks, just few weeks ago they managed to displace Barcelona from the top and only topped the table for about a week since this year and boom, they were kicked out of it. Today they were supposed to get all 3 points in other to still be in contention of the league title but I think they just lost it today. There's no way one would say it was fatigue because they were given time to rest properly after their Champions League match with Benfica which they won and today instead of winning to keep pace, they lost at home. Sadly I see them going trophyless this season because Barcelona wouldn't give them they opportunity to go back on top at this stage of the competition.

I've been perceiving it before now that Madrid might slightly lose their opportunity to win the Spanish la Liga this season, their inconsistency especially in League games has caused them great loss, I know Getafe is one team that can be very surprising in their approach, themselves and Girona has those tendencies, so I will say I'm surprised but not to surprise about this result. Probably Madrid should just entirely focus their energy and in the Champions League, maybe their strength lies there.
