Although they played well in a few matches, it was a purely individual performance. Mbappe single performance has kept the team alive while most of the other players are not getting the expected performance. Getafe was weak opponent in this tournament and I thought Real Madrid would win easily but their finishing was weak. Vinicius tried but his performance did not improve as expected.

Yesterday's match was purely a defensive match for ATM, what goal could they be looking for again when they where already leading with a 4goals from the 1st leg.... And really, J Musso goalkeeping was really top notch yesterday, he saved goals that I didn't even think was even possible for any goal keeper to save, though he conceded three (3) goals but overall, his was really instrumental in saving his team from the humiliation of Barcelona comeback... Sure Barcelona may have came at the ATM with all they got, both in there line of defense and even in their line of attack, but still wasn't able a secure a victory...

Vinicius missed some chances that could have changed the course of the game although I think the overall team performance was not good, they need to improve because losing at home to Getafe is unusual and a disappointment to them. I just hope they don't lose in the champions league as well because they will be playing against a top team.

The truth is that Real Madrid cannot go very far without its most important players, and one above all is Mbappe who always proves to be a fundamental player, now, about the others i don't feel like they are essential, but Vinicius doesn't seem to me to be a player who can give much more than what he is doing now, at least in this team, maybe if he changes it will be better.

Athletico were lucky they took their chances in the first leg and scored as many goals as possible. I found it difficult to believe yesterday whether it was this same Athletico team that scored four goals against Barcelona in the first half of first leg. Their performance yesterday was nothing but a disappointment as nothing work well for them. They came purposely to defend but they couldn't do that appropriately. They could not even score to make it harder for Barcelona, at least if they can not score they should be able to defend as they are known for. I removed hat for Barcelona, they tried their best even though it wasn't enough to get them back on track. The only thing that saved Athletico Madrid yesterday was time. If there was a enough time, Barcelona would have definitely complete that comeback.

When he is absent the team always struggled with goals, many chances but they find it difficult to convert. Vinicius can never be the center of attention with Mbappe in the team, Mbappe will always outshine him no matter how hard he tries so instead he should just accept his fate and work together with Mbappe as he did with Benzema that way he will be valued more. Competing with your teammate is pointless, it will only weigh the team down.

Even though Barcelona lost, we never felt disappointed because from the first minute the match opened at a fast tempo, with relentless attacks launched by the Barcelona players showing how serious they were. Atletico Madrid defended completely, not daring to press for too long as Barcelona dominated the ball. Occasionally, Atletico Madrid had chances, but because their forward line was not sharp, they often lost control. The introduction of Sorloth was ineffective, he missed several times, dribbling poorly and not sharp in his execution. Griezmann also couldn't run fast, already starting to tire. So, the match was very entertaining from start to finish.

If you have been closely watching Barcelona right from time, you would have known that they are good at entertainment football, although they do not find it easy in some matches but they are good at tip tap hope you understand it, before that match I told a friend that Barcelona will win the match but what am not sure about is their qualification to the finals because I was reflecting on the number of goals they will have to cancel against the team they will be meeting to be ahead, I know it was not going be easy for them to cancel all but the fact still remains, Barcelona had a better side of the ball than Athleticl Madrid as I expected, Athletico Madrid has not changed with this pattern of their defense that has been a problem for them sometimes, although they succeeded in what they wanted since Barcelona was unable to make the goals equal with theirs.

Barca didn't win but they made a statement. They showed themselves as a great team. Not a team that crumbles completely under pressure but uses the pressure to play better. Unfortunately luck wasn't on their side and some places Athletico were better but still it isn't a game to hate. Barca fans are proud of their team, if not happy that they did not qualify at least they are not sad because of a Big loss. The tactics thing you said is also true, if ATM hadn't been "scared" and played aggressively too then the results could've been different but overall they played defensively as they feared Barca's counter attacks. The more they feared the closer Barca came to winning. In the end, we should not be sad because we lost we should be happy because it happened.

In his statement, Arbeloa is still quite confident that the opportunity is still open. Arbeloa still firmly states that they will fight until the last match. Perhaps this is a wise statement from a coach to boost his players' morale. Although there are still enough remaining matches to catch up with Barcelona. There is no shortage of Barcelona performance but Real Madrid is going through a very bad time. Despite Real Madrid's poor performance, they are one of the teams and second in the list of potential winners of the trophy. Many fans may not be satisfied with Real Madrid's performance this season, but their team management is trying to discipline the team but most of the players are not in good form.

If we have to name one of the best teams to win the La Liga trophy, it is Barcelona because they have been playing consistently well since the beginning of the tournament. Although it may seem so disappointing for Barcelona to be kicked out of that tournament but what may seem like a disappointment coukd serve as an opportunity for them to focus on other competitions like the Champions League and Laliga then try to win them, there's much hope to win the Laliga currently but I'm not very sure of the Champions League.
 Barcelona really messed up in that first leg, it was so surprising cause I expect that they'll score atleast even though they lost. Anyways they tried to make up in the returning leg but I was too late, although one more goal would given them a chance to  play extra minutes but that first leg error already decided their fate in the Copa del Rey.

This is the consequence of losing heavily in the first leg. I really don't know what Barca was doing when they conceded four goals without scoring a single one. Now they had to face the arduous task of overturning a four-goal deficit. This was almost thesame thing that happened to Juventus against Galatasaray.

Barca was able to curtail the dangerous counterattacking runs of Atletico Madrid, thereby restricting them from scoring. It's a pity that Barca did their best but couldn't make it to the finals. We will now wait for the outcome of the match between Real Sociedad and Athletic Bilbao today to determine the finalists.
