I was really disappointed at atletico Madrid yesterday night, because with such a terrible defensive performance, they were just lucky that Barcelona didn't score the fourth goal that would have forced them into an extra time or possibly penalty shootout. We all know that the 4-0 first leg results was a huge mountain to climb for this Barcelona team, but I wasn't please with the performance of atletico Madrid yesterday because they just felt relaxed and plays defensively, believing that 4-0 is enough goal that cannot be equalized, which I think they are very wrong, because if they had played their normal game and went out attacking, there is no way Barcelona would have beaten them 3-0 with their current form now.
So I think that they were just lucky to progress to the next round of the competition which such a terrible second leg performance at the nou camp.

If you know a little about Simeone, you should have known exactly how he was going to (not) play this game. He built his career and his success around bad games. And I'm not criticizing him, it's simply his style, and he got results over the years, so good for him and good for Atletico. It was possible for Barcelona to make a comeback even from 0-4. They got very close to doing so as well. Maybe if they scored their 3rd goal earlier things might have been different now...

I just saw Real Madrid injury list not to long ago today, coupled with the way they approach games, I won't be surprised if they still lose out to Celta in this match just as they did against Getafe at home on Monday night. The injury still affects some key members of the team and coupled with the fact that they will be having 2 players suspended for the match. Barcelona on the other hand are way much more stable and will definitely win their match and further extend the lead if Real Madrid happens to drop points. Just yesterday, we saw how they fought but couldn't complete it as Atletico Madrid advanced, this leaves them with the league as the only tangible trophy they can win this season, I won't talk about the champions league because that one has a lot of challenges unlike the league where it's only Real Madrid and the Real Madrid is not stable.

At first, I was doubting if they can win this league perhaps by luck but you see what is going around the club, that second place can become third or probably even third if the coach doesn't know how to put this guys in better place. Like do you know how it feels to make find better replacement for your players? He will be struggling and when he makes decisions, he will be having doubt if the team can do the job or maybe he has to give another triies again to other players.

Although, I feel like some of the bench players don't have use at this crucial time. If team can struggle and there are players but everyone begin to have doubt about the position of the team then those players doesn't deserve to be there and their position at the club is actually justified for been bench warmers. As a player that is sign to a club, you should be able to do what the club want and represent very well, not when people are going to be having questions about your position.

They played very well in the second match, but it has to be admitted. When Barcelona reached three goals, I thought they could score a fourth, but I was wrong, they couldn't. Thus, Atletico Madrid advanced to the next round thanks to their victory in the first match. Barcelona's elimination will bring excitement to the Copa del Rey. The finalists will be determined after the match between Real Sociedad and Athletic Bilbao. I think Real Sociedad will win at home in today's match. If you heard from Xabi Alonso when he left yesterday he said that it would be very difficult for the team if the coach couldn't have authority in managing his players, the coach couldn't be firm there, maybe that was the problem and Real Madrid listened too much to these players talking so they didn't have the same goals as what someone who builds a strategy to win a war should do, of course this would be far from successful because they weren't in the same frame of mind, I think maybe we could consider that to be the cause.

When I watched this match until halftime, I thought Barcelona would definitely stage a comeback, having already scored two goals in the first half. We can say that losing against the Getafe club wasn't expected from the Real Madrid team. But some people also predicted like that can happen because Mbappe was out of the is what because of his injury.
