What sort of defending was Trent Alexander Arnold showing, although is was on the back foot he still could have done a lot to make the cross hard for the Celta Vigo player.
Courtios has been saving Real Madrid and today they were chances for Celta vigo one almost like the first goal but in the other wing and the Real Madrid keeper saved it.

I don't really sure if real madrid can get the opportunity to achieve three point against Celta vigo, with how they play in the first half was very poor and I didn't expect this from the players they need to improve in the second half if they want to continue chasing the league table with Barcelona this season. This is and advantage for madrid to win because Barcelona next game will be very tough because they are facing athletics Bilbao this weekend and that can probably drop there point. Madrid first half was very boring and they need to be trying short outside not till they comes into the penalty area, let see how the second half will ends but I still get small hope that madrid can win this match if they can try harder, because Celta Vigo are playing defending game.

I thought Real Madrid would dominate the match. But that didn't happen. Celta Vigo performed well even after being behind by 1 goal. They didn't lose confidence. And they equalized in the 25th minute.

It's not possible to say that Real Madrid is performing very well. They failed to dominate the match. Moreover, in the first half, they were able to take 7 shots. Only one shot was on target. They are able to create a lot of chances. But their finishing is weak.

I don't believe it's worth the risk, it might take luck for them to beat Celta, am watching the match now and Celta are proving to be a big nuisance to the this Real Madrid side, the Celta team are even playing more disciplined than Real Madrid, the way they hold there defense and how they are always looking for ways to stop Vini's attack is remarkable.

I don't think Madrid will win this game. Looking at how things are going, I believe they will be lucky not to lose the game. The didnt create any big chance in the first half from open play. The goal they scored came from a set piece. Celta vigo on the other hand, have created chances. Madrid might see more of the ball, but Celta look like the team with more purpose.
Madrid might get lucky and get a penalty, but they would need to be in Celta's box to get the penalty. If they had a top goal scorer like Mbappe on the pitch, their chances of getting a goal late on in the game might have been bigger, but in my opinion, I dont think they will win.

This is real ballsy, at one point it felt like this your option was looking more realistic than faith after the goal from Tchoumeni that led Real Madrid one goal up but Celta Vigo just equalized from a goal from Iglesias and the GG option I picked got actualized now I can watch the rest of the match in peace.

Celta Vigo are the ones pressing aggressively, it's going to be a really wild game for RM.

Personally I'm even pissed up watching this game, because this is not what we expected and it is going like a way of them losing the league again. Placing a bet in this manner will be good if you don't pay any attention to this match, until the 90th minute then you can check scores. What's holding down Real Madrid from banging goals tonight? They've been the excellent team so far this season and a draw wouldn't just help them on the La Liga table. What a dramatic finish. Real was very lucky today. They scored at the end of extra time. Valverde didn't try much during the match, but in the last minute he took a shot from distance. With a bit of luck he scored, the ball deflected off the defense. Celta should've pushed harder against Real. They could've taken points from Real while they have so many players missing. If Aspas' shot had gone in instead of hitting the post, we would be talking about different things now. Real won but they are not playing well.

I have rarely seen a team as lucky as Madrid. I thought this match would be a draw. But madrid won 2 -1 with a goal from valverde in 90+4  minutes. I don't want to call it anything other than good luck.

I was not at all satisfied with real madrid's  performance today . They could not perform well. They even completely failed to dominate the match. Real Madrid had a total of 14 shots. Only  3 of them were on target. They were not able to  dominate against teams like Celta vigo and Getafe. How will they perform well against manchester city a few days later ?

Very lucky for Federico Valverde and Real Madrid but how clean was the tackle on a Celta Vigo player before the goal, VAR had a look at it but cleared it, if Celta Vigo had scored Real Madrid that way will VAR clear it knowing that will be more three points dropped for Real Madrid.

I wouldn’t call it just a hard win but also a lucky one as they succeeded to score in the very last minute. This win for Real Madrid is really precious after having many absences  almost 10 main and good players are either injured or suspended, so these three points are going to be a little hope and breath for the whole squad.

The season is still long to decide which team is going to take the title this year, but Barcelona isn’t going to lose any points just like that. I am expecting a surprise with Barcelona’s match tomorrow against Athletic Bilbao even if the odds are looking good, the match won’t be that easy for both.

All it took for Real Madrid to win was that perfect strike from the captain which was deflected anyways. Maybe if Celta Vigo had scored to make it 2-1 ahead, this game should have still been level between them. Big sides fight until the last minute of the game and that is exactly what they Madrid did. I am still thinking in clarity what should have pressured the Real Madrid club to take the quick decision of laying Alonso off his duty so suddenly. I know the El Classico match between them and Barcelona During the Supercopa Cup was a trigger but I still did not expect it was going to bring the sudden decision of pulling the guy out of the team like the way we witnessed it. I knew Real Madrid was definitely facing some more troubles, such as getting a fast replacement and who to stand in as a placeholder. I don't even think Arbeloa will be able to stand Hansi Flicks next fixture and just hope it won't be the end of his career coaching for the Madrid right now.

For me they made a mistake, Alonso was a good coach.
Arbeloa is there, but it doesn't seem like the situation has improved, it's always the same. In fact, they're four points behind Barcelona and just missed out on a Champions League spot.

Well I think the plan is to get a big coach when the season ends and one of the big reason why Xabi Alonso was sacked was the fact the he lost his dressing room, most players were not giving him the respect as a coach and that why he was sacked plus may be a couple of bad results too.

Arbeloa was brought in to just manage finish the season in best way possible but nothing is really expected from him, they don’t expect him to bring in any trophy. Dramatic finish indeed, that late minute goal was all that Real Madrid needed at that moment and Valverde came through. Celta Vigo even did their best by holding the match in a 1:1 draw till the stoppage time because even though that Real Madrid has some injured players that didn't feature but the available players are still high quality players who are better than first XI of some big teams. Celta Vigo has been very good in their performance lately, both in the Europa league playoffs and their last 2 La Liga match before they met Real Madrid today and lost. If Iago Aspas' shot that hit the woodwork was scored, the match would have ended in a draw considering the fact that Real Madrid scored in injury time.
