The top two spots in the league won't change. The top two positions might swap between the two teams, but no one in third place can move up to second. Currently, La Liga is dominated by Barcelona and Real Madrid. These two teams are competing with each other, but they have already opened up a significant gap between themselves and the third-placed team. This weekend will be an important match for Real Madrid. It was never a match that was in doubt not after that 5 star performance against Manchester city. Elche have struggled all season and it more like a culture for them to lose at bernabue every season, well it a good one from Real Madrid and now they need to take this spirit into their game on Tuesday when they travel to Ethihad. A really much needed win from Real Madrid, they needed to reduce the point gap between them and Barcelona who will be hosting Sevilla later today.

Wow, just wow, how did Guler manage to score from such distance, we all know he loves to shot but no one expected him to score from his own half. He has been good this season especially when he plays together with Mbappe, he his a very good player and I believe next season we will see more from him if he his given a good playing time.

That goal is not as easy as he made it look. In that split second he was lucky that he is left footed. The angle played in his hands as the required curve of the ball was easier to pull off, but no doubt that the distance was unbelievable. He wasn't close to the midfield line, it was quite far behind in their own half of the pitch. It was funny to see how the goalkeeper made a last useless wave as he knew that ball would hit the back of the net. But it was so difficult because the ball had to bounce in the right place or right distance from the goal because otherwise it would have hit the cross bar or perhaps flew over the goal. Perfect finish and a goal to remember forever. It was against Elche though and was not an important one. Imagine this goal was a decider and you score like that. Although I suppose the goalkeeper would have not been that offensive then.

Actually,  these two teams are the one dominating the Laliga no doubt. In today's match Barcelona actually tried and I was impressed with their performances, although no body expected Barcelona should faill in this particular match against Sevilla, this is the team that would never looks strengthen to them, so I know this match would be difficult for them to win, whenever I see Barcelona playing from home, I don't doubt thier victory at times, because they are also good in maintaining their home advantages with different strategies of playing.

Cancelo performed brilliantly today and this is the reason why I preferred him over Balde,because Balde will do everything but he struggles with finishing and assisting as Cancelo always does. Real Madrid defeated Elche 4-1 yesterday and Barcelona also defeated Sevilla 5-2 today, I like how both Barcelona and Real Madrid are putting up strong challenge to win LaLiga trophy. Barcelona is ahead Real Madrid with four points and I'm confident for them to win laliga trophy this season.
