I just watched the highlights of Real Madrid Vs Atletico.
It looked like Real was quite lucky to have earned 3 points. Vinicius Junior with 2 goals for Real, which were his only 2 goals he has ever scored against Atletico.
It was a hard test, but Real passed it. Let's see if Barcelona will do the same on Saturday the 4th. They will have it a bit harder as Atletico will have the home advantage.

You can't create the moment in football between rivals in Spain if you don't have the money. Real Madrid spent millions of Euros to get the best players on the world, Barcelona are doing the same. If you sum up the total money clubs in Spain has spent to acquire players in the last 10 years, you are going to agree with me that no any club in the Spain has spent what Real Madrid and Barcelona has spent and also the money they spent on wages of salaries.

These two teams know that the only way to keep it up is through the spending and when you spend, you are going to see the result. The more the spend money to acquire these players, the more money they get from fans, from endorsement and from sponsors. Both sports aren't similar and so their strategies differs a lot from eachother and the pace of either games depends on intensity per time. Real Madrid played an unusual game and I believe they were very determined to get the result despite being the first to concede a goal in the game still went ahead to take the lead, then came the equaliser from the opponent yet they weren't detered but still went ahead to win against all odds, such performance shows how resilient Real Madrid is towards the title race and what they could achieve this season if they can remain focused in the remaining fixtures left this season.

If mbappe had not suffered  an injury , he would have been the top scorer in this nseason's champions league and la liga. If Mbappe can not fully recover, his performance is  likely to decline. The bigger issue is that this will increase mbappe's injury risk. So Mbappe should not return to  the field before he is fully recovered.

This is not totally true, I can remember sometime ago when Real Madrid had injury players I mean few of their key players, they were finding it so difficult to win a game and I think that was the period Barcelona was winning them back to back so saying they don't depend on player is not true they do unless they have started adjusting now because it was not really good on them. But regardless they are still a big team in La Liga and it is always hard for an under dog to to win them.

You are right that there was a time when the performances of great stars like Messi and Ronaldo were the main attraction throughout the season but recently Mbappe has been the only star. There are players who try to be his equal but most of them are not in good form. There are many emerging players but they are not able to show the same level of performance as the star players. Mbappe, the top scorer in La Liga this season, has not been able to play in the past matches due to injuries, but if he could play regularly, the number of goals would have increased because he is a talented player capable of scoring goals in almost every match.

in my opinion, Mbappe and Bellingham aren't the right profiles for Real Madrid. With Mbappe playing as a pivot and Vini occupying the left i find it difficult for Madrid to produce fluid football while Vini, Bellingham and Mbappe are all on the field together.
