Core players are sidelined, remember they did more better when these core players are injured. Barcelona is definitely one of the most competitive team in La Liga and they wouldn't be settling for lesser outcome when they have concentration for winning. Hansi Flick will battle to win games? He's a versatile coach that can be competent and know exactly how to rotate his squad interms of big games and league games.

Barcelona are not in trouble if Raphinha is injured, they can survive with out the Brazilian, after all he's only present in the frontine but let's see how many weeks he's been given. The club will miss him but they hope for successful and speedy recovery.

Barcelona right now is a far cry from the crisis we faced two seasons ago, and even if core players leave, I feel there are replacement that Hansi Flick can make work, like the problem we had when Frankie and our two Fullbacks went out, we still survive and still trashed Newcastle.

The only problem Barcelona has now is there 9 and a quality Centre Back.

This is one possible way the Barcelona coach must do it even though he knows Marcus Rashford hasn't shown his best performance during his time at Barcelona. However other options are somewhat questionable so selecting Rashford is the only way to fill their lineup with players hampered by injuries.

Indeed Barcelona is currently missing their core player Rapinhan because Rapinhan is currently a frightening specter for the opposing team besides Lewandowski usually Barcelona's front line is often filled by these two players only this time they are a little doubtful to appear but I think Rashford will be able to replace the role of the two players who are currently perhaps simultaneously they cannot appear so that the decision taken by Hansi Flick can be paid for with a victory by Marcus Rashford when playing this match both in the La Liga competition and in the UCL competition which has entered the fiercest round especially since the opponent they face in that round is Atletico Madrid.

Barcelona must somehow try to find a replacement who can address the problem they currently have, this is necessary, to have power and manage even the smallest problems, because a great team can also be seen from this, from what it manages to do and how it behaves in these situations
I really don’t understand what you’re talking about, what are this problems you’re talking about right now, because I honestly don’t understand what you’re talking about, well if you’re talking about the injuries that Raphinha have suffered during the International break, then I must admit that this injuries are very much understandable, because this are things that usually happens in a football game and they have to find solutions to the problems, I don’t really understand how things like this can possibly be happening, and I believe they have a replacement in place for the players that gets injured, there is Marcus Rashford in the squad who can also play in that position, I believe that Barcelona is well equipped to cover this positions which we can see a loophole.

This game promises to be exciting. Raphinha's absence might slightly weaken FC Barcelona's attack, but if Atlético Madrid also has players missing, like Johnny Cardoso and Alexander Sørloth, it will even things out.

Even so, with Robert Lewandowski and Lamine Yamal on the field, Barcelona can still create many problems. I think it will be a very competitive game.
Absence  of Sorloth or Cardoso won't  even anything,  Solorth doesn't  really start games like this for Athletico. Simeone knows when to use him and it's  always when the opposite team show some sign of frustration or drained energy especially  the defence.

There's actually not that much to even out in that aspect imo, Barcelona can win any of these games comfortable without Raphinha , their problem is just that they can't just get their shit together without  players like Raphinha who can stand inplace of main striker when they go on goal scoring break attimes, that's why he play some key role in winning games these days since Barcelona has no reliable goal scorer.

Just hope tomorrow is not part of those games.

Sorloth not starting is not really a big issue for Atletico Madrid because Simeone has always used him more as an impact player and he tends to bring him on when the opposition defence is already tired or losing focus, and that is where he becomes dangerous. So his absence from the starting lineup does not really change much tactically.
As for Barcelona, I agree they have enough quality to win games even without Raphinha. The real issue is consistency in attack. Sometimes they struggle to stay organized in the final third, especially when there’s no reliable striker to finish off chances and that is where Raphinha becomes important and he steps up in key moments and fills that gap when needed. So it is not really about individual absences as much as it is about how well the team functions overall on the day, we just hope this is not one of those games where Barcelona lose focus and make things difficult for themselves.

Rashford is a really excellent player, and the one fact about Rashford is that he just needs someone to believe in him and he would do it. Did he guys see his performance in this international break? It feels we Barcelona fans with joy knowing he will be able to hold down the fort till Raphinha gets back to full condition.

As for Carrick, I feel he is also a good coach and if he believes in Rashford, Rashford will also deliver, but I guess for now, we never might know.
Rashford I believe is capable of standing in for Raphina but like you have rightly mentioned, they are yet to believe in him enough to allow him the role since he has not been his best recently but then He may be needing some more time to adapt to the team and their style of play, as an English player trying to adopt to Spanish style of football can actually take some more time than expected.

While some other European leagues are having a break, La Liga is not stopping and we're going to have some action this weekend.
Fixtures and odds (from 2UP.io) for all games of matchday 30 are as follows:

Rayo Vallecano x1.73 Vs Elche x4.77; Draw x3.56
Real Sociedad x1.56 Vs Levante x5.30; Draw x4.02
Mallorca x5.40 Vs Real Madrid x1.54; Draw x4.18
Real Betis x1.69 Vs Espanyol x4.31; Draw x4.01
Atlético Madrid x3.00 Vs Barcelona x2.14; Draw x3.64
Getafe x2.99 Vs Athletic Bilbao x2.64; Draw x2.77
Valencia x2.28 Vs Celta Vigo x3.08; Draw x3.20
Real Oviedo x2.83 Vs Sevilla x2.67; Draw x2.88
Alavés x2.43 Vs Osasuna x3.00; Draw x3.04
Girona x3.09 Vs Villarreal x2.18; Draw x3.35

The biggest game is, of course, Atletico Madrid Vs Barcelona. This is one of the 3 clashes between these two clubs that we will see in the span of the next 2 weeks, as both of them have been drawn against each other in the quarter-final of the Champions League.

Barcelona is the favourite despite playing away, but Atletico won't make it easy for them. If Barca happens to lose, Real would likely close the gap to only one point, as I don't expect Real to lose any points on Mallorca.

You can't ignore the big impact that Raphinha has on the team. Whenever he is out Injuried, Barcelona tends to struggle even when Rashford is fit. For some reason, Raphinha tends to click so well with Lamine Yamal, and usually in the matches both of them play, they tend to score so many goals.
They may have to sign someone once the transfer period starts, especially one that will succeed Lewandowski.

I do agree that Raphinha is glue that keeps team together, but due to Barcelona being short on money they may need to sell big player to get them top player to take over for Robert Lewandowski.
Personally, losing Raphinha would be wrong choice since he is plan leader whose link with Yamal has seen team score almost 40 more.
After all link between these wing players is main reason that is making Barcelona fight for three prizes this season.

Raphinha is an attacking player who can take advantage of space and convert key passes, opportunities to goals very well but he needs a good system and teammates to support him. He is not a player who is able to control match intensity, create opportunities for his teammates and he is worse than Yamal in Barcelona and Neymar in Brazil in such contributions.

He is certainly an important player for both Barcelona and Brazil and both teams really need Raphinha in their squads for possible quality and best performances. In Barcelona, they're more familiar with Raphinha and his absence affects their performance a lot while in his national team Brazil, he has yet created enough considerable effects there.

Rashford will have a great opportunity to prove himself on the pitch in Raphinha absence. He is not performing very well but he has the talent and can do something good for the team. Raphinha is injured at a crucial time which can have a negative impact on the team. As you said there is a great understanding between Lamine Yamal and they both contribute a lot to the team's victory. Lewandowski is at 37 now and he is still playing well but cannot maintain good performance in every match. He has played well in a few matches this season but has not been able to maintain consistent performance. It may be difficult for Barcelona to win in the upcoming important UCL match without Raphinha but if Rashford is fully fit and Hansi Flick trusted in him and puts him on the field he may play his best.

Now there is no other choice for Hansi Flick but to rely on Marcus Rashford even though statistics have shown that Marcus Rashford has not been that good since he joined Barcelona, but in terms of individual quality, I am quite sure that Marcus Rashford can prove to fill the void left by Rapinhan so I will not underestimate him.
And one more thing, this is the time for Rashford to prove himself if he really wants to boost his career and performance again to be able to regain trust.
This is one possible way the Barcelona coach must do it even though he knows Marcus Rashford hasn't shown his best performance during his time at Barcelona. However other options are somewhat questionable so selecting Rashford is the only way to fill their lineup with players hampered by injuries.

Honestly, it's not going to be an easy match for Barcelona at all against Atletico Madrid, actually I normally see Raphinha as thier key player that can perform very well beyond my expectations, and he's the reliable attacker presently, because this is the player I respected much that can deliver accurately and consistently, sometimes even more effective to me than Lamine Yamal despite the Lamine Yamal skills and talents, so it's a bigger concerns on his absence.

Currently, the Atletico Madrid are also not a weaker team this season that will just accept a defeat from Barcelona easily. They are also trying in competitive expecialy in thier big matches like this one. So even if Rashford present him it  wouldn't satisfy fans as the Raphinha does his straightforward work clearly. If Barcelona mange to win this match, it will be a huge addition for them. But if they drop points Real Madrid will close the gaps a little definitely and it will become more raceir than before

Imo there’s no better option for Hansi Flick than to start Rashford against Atlético Madrid. This is also an opportunity for Rashford to prove he deserves a permanent spot, the vacancy works in his favor as long as he can capitalize on it, but if he fails, Barcelona might very well decide against signing him.
Yes,, I agree with you, friend. Rashford must now capitalize on the current situation to maximize his performance. Raphinha is currently injured, so that position is clearly vacant, and Rashford will likely be the first choice, and he certainly shouldn't waste it. In my opinion, this is a golden opportunity that might not come twice for Rashford. Moreover,, it's the end of the season and the match he'll be playing is also very important.

So,, if Rashford can play well in this match and lead Barcelona to victory, I'm 100% sure he will get a contract from Barcelona. So, Rashford must now strengthen his mental and physical condition, because this match will certainly be very intense. Because one match is in La Liga and one match is in the UCL. So,, this will certainly be draining physically and mentally. Therefore, Rashford must focus now, because there are no shortcuts for him if he wants to stay at Barcelona.

As I said for Napoli I also say it for them, I don't create problems.
When a team depends on one or two players, it has a pretty serious problem.
The player can get hurt, he can leave or get sick, you can't create a strategy around a player.
It's dangerous and also pretty stupid.

It's dangerous and also pretty stupid.

That's true, you can’t rely your hope on one player as a team cause whatever makes the player to be absent would cause problems for the team. For instance Bruno Fernandes is the only play maker for Manchester United you can see that his stats is fantastic and it's mostly because he's the one who creates more assist than other players and if he's not available the team would really have a set back on creating chances to win. But I don't think Barcelona would really suffer cause of Raphinha, they have Rashford.

If it's not possible he'll return to the bench because Raphinha's return would certainly be good news for Barcelona. Raphinha is currently one of the most prominent players in the Barcelona squad. It's true as you said that moments like this should be given to the team so that the coach's trust in him will certainly be more certain so he won't always be a bench player. However I think this is difficult because even when he was at Manchester United Rashford's quality was in a situation that was impossible. Imagine if he was still good Man United certainly wouldn't have let him let go. This is because there are several factors that might force them to let him go one of which is his lack of performance at that time which forced him to leave Old Trafford Stadium.

And this is an opportunity he shouldn't waste. If this opportunity is good in the coaches' estimation it will certainly continue. Later the coaches will choose between Rashford and Raphinha who will be the Barcelona striker until the end of this season. So this opportunity certainly shouldn't go to waste because opportunities like this will be difficult for Rashford to find in the future.

I can agree with you on that. Raphinha's absence wouldn't mean the end of the world for Barcelona of course. If it weren't for another good alternative to him then their left wing would weaken seriously.

Actually rather than Rashford, I would prefer Olmo there. I believe he is a better choice considering his technique and teamwork. He has made a bigger contribution to the score in the La Liga so far as well.

Exactly, a player can not make a team but many players is the team itself, for every position or wing, there should be many options a available to whoever is the favorite for that wing in case if any unexpected occurrence, football clubs should do more on this, some club funds it difficult to cope ones any happens to their major players which is not supposed to be so, Barcelona may not find things difficult because of Raphinha absent, however, it will only be as we think if Rashford can cover up very so that Raphinha absent wont be felt.

I agree with you that if Barcelona can survive then, they can also survive now that it's not as bad as it was then, but why most football fans and pundit are somehow worried of the absence of raphinha is that he is very important in this Barcelona team, and if am not wrong, he has the best numbers in this Barcelona team now and in the past few seasons, like goals and assist.
So the absence of a guy that contributes a lot to the team with goals and assist will definitely be felt, but it can be managed or curtail properly if hansi flick do the right thing, or Marcos rashford or any other players step up now, but I believe that Barcelona will weather the storm because it's nothing new.

So if Flick thinks he will replace Raphinha then it might be possible but he also needs to consider how physically fit he is. The expectations that Barcelona had when they brought him in at the start of the season may not have lived up to the expectations. Rather, the setup of the previous players in the team is reliable. I think Flick might use him as a replacement for Raphinha and he will probably get the chance to show his best game but it is also worth noting that he is not in very good form. The important thing is that if a player is not in good form he can create some instability for the team.
