It’s normal in sports, most times you get to find out that, your flaws does over shadow your strength. Real Madrid’s loss today wasn’t expected. They had hoped they could gain in on Barcelona with a win today but, Mallorca wasn’t about to let that happen. Just when Real Madrid thought they had their way back on with an equalizer, Mallorca retook the lead in the plus minutes. It was a breaking moment for Real Madrid but all that is a testament to how they failed to take the lead from the first half and allowed Mallorca to put them under pressure.

Thanks Real Madrid for letting Mallorca get out from the relegation zone. That was very needed by them. Collecting points from a what used to be a top team for a team risking relegation is much appreciated.
Real Madrid management and players should be more than ready to face Bayern Munich in a couple of days. If Mallorca made few shots and scored two, then I wonder from 10 or 20 shots that will be made by Bayern Munich how many goals it will be scored..
By the way even Barcelona is struggling with a draw but at least against Atletico Madrid and it is funny to see Rashford scoring after not paying his €30m by Barcelona to bring him officially with the team.

Some results gotten at the end of games makes me think or believe there are some political activities going on in the football world,  if it was not so what could be the reasons behind real Madrid's lost in today's game, when they have all it takes to win mallorca in the game. Madrid's performance today is so deteriorating that I was very upset watching them play the game, if they could play with such low and weak spirit against a relegation zone team, how then can they be able to face the bayern Munich in some days ahead when they are full awere of what bayern is capable of doing.

Real Madrid dominated the game today but unfortunately the game was not in their favour. Mallorca is a team that’s in the relegation zone, so they tried their best and it paved way for them to get a comfortable win in this game. Real Madrid are slowly losing on the title race after losing the match against Mallorca. Barcelona game against Atletico Madrid ended in a victory for Barcelona which even made the title race more exciting for them as they’ve been able to increase the point gap more between them and Real Madrid. Real Madrid is in a very sad state now, I hope it doesn’t affect them in their upcoming games.

Real Madrid at this point should just give up and stop given people hope that they can win the League. I was flabbergasted with their previous games they played, it was what gave me hope they were going to do something good, I even bet on them to win Mallorca but instead Mallorca gave us big surprises, like why now of all sudden and lose, could this it's as result of Mbape that returned to the team because they were doing well when he went for injury treatment.

I am afraid that Real Madrid will not be able to beat Bayern in the Champions League. They failed to beat Mallorca, a team that is playing in relegation and was looking for a way to secure 3 points but couldn't contain them. Why not tight defense after the first goal, they allow the team to score another goal after they equalize. The way Bayern will finish them, I don't think they will be able to hide their shame, this is not the football I expect from them.

Athletico Madrid were excellent today and we get to meet this challenge once again in the Champions League next week again.

This week there is a hope for Madrid to reduce the points margin with Barcelona because Madrid will face an easier club than Barcelona who will face a big match and hopefully Madrid can get 3 points while Barcelona falters in this match.

Teams within the relegation zone are always a very difficult to beat team as Real Madrid saw today. I think they underestimated Mallorca from the kick off and didn’t consider Vini Jnr in the starting line up. Well, they had Mbappe and he got few chances but, couldn’t take them cleanly.

They might perform better against Bayern Munich with Harry Kane out injured and Jackson doesn’t make the best of finishes. Although, Bayern Munich remains a dangerous opponent even without these qualities.

Even with the red card Atletico Madrid tried their best to silence Barcelona in the second half, and they almost achieved it but the mistake of Atletico Madrid goalkeeper gave Barcelona a goal which was enough to earn Barcelona three points. I am happy to see that Barcelona successful beaten Atletico to compensate for the elimination from Copa del Rey. If the red card hadn't happened then I feel that this match would have been even more interesting because the situation could have been reversed especially since Atletco played quite aggressively from the start but when Nico Gonzales had to take an early shower it made them change their scheme in the second 45 minutes.

There is no doubt that Simeone's bus parking scheme always looks quite good but today they couldn't get the points back after the crucial time they couldn't keep the 1 point they had.
The first leg of the Champions League should have been better prepared although fatigue would have set in for some players but Simeone and Flick would have known what to do and special credit to Simeone at the moment is to keep players from being too aggressive which results in losses as happened in this match when Nico was late in his decision making and this cost the whole team.

Yeah, I agree with you that Real Madrid lost is not mainly because of the absence of Fedirico Valverde, in my opinion it is because of the the manager wrong decision making, the reason i said so is because of you have one of your player who have been performing at his most this season (Vinicuis Junior), so i don't see any reason why he won't start him in this kind of match that is important for the title race, now due to this Real Madrid lost and Barcelona won this night with a late goal from Lewandoski now extends the points gap between them.

I think Barcelona feel a bit weak in attacking form against Atlético Madrid today, although Atletico Madrid recovered by scoring another goal a few minutes after scoring the first goal. And now the first half has ended and both teams have scored one goal each.

I think Barcelona's forward or attacking format is a bit weak because their key player Raphinha is injured. I even think that this weakness could prevent them from winning because Atletico Madrid is a good team in this La Liga tournament.

Champions and winners still finds a way to win regardless of the difficulties they face in games. I think Barcelona are astounding, let us see how the both clubs go hard on themselves during the Champions League competition. I would love to see Atletico Madrid qualifying over Barcelona in the Champions League competition.
